When it comes to spirit guides there are a few thing I would suggest.
1. Is have a separate candle or incense offering for each guide.
2. Is having a separate way to communicate with them like separate pendulums. Or separate tarot decks.
3. Try to communicate with them on a daily bases or as often as you can weather that be something as small as sending a single thought there way or if that means something as big as leave them a offering.
4. Keeping track of the answers or signals that's they will send you.
5. Finding there favourite form of offerings like smoke or food or art.
