Hello! Before we begin, there is a few things I need to clarify.
This story is an omegaverse, and I'll explain what it is! (In my version)
Society is made up of three categories:
Alphas- which make 20% of the population. They go into rut periods every 3 months where they find someone to mate with. They usually mate with omegas but occasionally some would prefer betas. Males do not get pregnant.
Betas- make up 70% of the population. Yeah... they're just there. They don't emit pheromones nor go into heats or ruts. Males do not get pregnant.
Omegas- make up 10% of the population. Male omegas make up 3%. They go into heats regularly depending on the person in which they find someone to mate with and become pregnant. They go into depression for 2-7 days depending on the person if they do not get pregnant after their heat.
Alphas can:
-Mark an omega, which forms a permanent bond. It is done by a bite on the nape.
-Court an omega, which tells people the alpha has eyes for the omega. It is done by a bite on the wrist. The marking will vanish in a month.
