Hermione walked over to stand beside him. "What else am I suppose to do? Raise a baby completely alone?" Her voice was broken and Harry let out a sigh. "Remus thinks it be a good idea, if you just came with us. Seems he can pin point more of the things I can only smell off you." She shook her head, but Harry meet her gaze. "I don't think you have much of a choice. Sirius...isn't so easily told no, and he knows more then I." Hermione looked down between her feet. "How?" Harry rubbed a hand throughout his hair. "He recognizes smells a lot better then I do...and Remus can read thoughts. It's a rare ability, I'm told, amongst werewolves, but he has it." Hermione frown, knowing then...he knew everything that had happened to her in just a little over a year. So that meant siruis knew, and even with it being years ago, so knew how he was back then. "I really...don't have a choice do I?" Harry shook his head. "I do not believe you do, I'm sorry."
The very next morning, after a very uncomfortable sleep for most everybody as there wasn't at all enough space, Harry who other then missing the last few days, was much like his old self again. This fever passed, but they expected others. Maybe lesser, as the bite mark on his shoulder seemed half close now, half a scar. It had healed some, but not completely like it should be. So, they would still have to be on the watch, but maybe...just maybe, in the end, Harry would survive without major damage. Harry was helping Hermione gather a few object. Siruis really just wanted to replace it all, but a few key things she held dear and Harry convinced Sirius to let her pack her a suitcase, as Draco and Remus (slowly) got the baby a diaper big (or two) together. "I still...don't know about this." Her voice was quiet and Harry shrugged his shoulders. "You are welcome to try and fight him, again." She frown, and shook her head. "I don't need him growling at me again and scaring the baby." Harry understood. "Draco will be very excited. He really enjoys spending time with Rose." Hermione eased to sit on the bed. "I know...But it's strange. You... realize how long it's been since somebody has been on my side? Not just...using or expecting something form me?" Harry stopped what he was doing and eased to rest on his ankles before her. "We have an idea...and I wish I could have stayed. It wasn't my choice to leave...yes, I choice not to tell you, but even if I had...we would have left." Harry sounded heartbroken and she put a hand on his. "I know...it wasn't your fault Harry." She didn't blame him, not at all. She didn't want Harry to think that. He gave her a light smile. "We are on your side. Please, just let siruis help you out for a while. Take some of the stress off you." After a moment, she nodded.
It took a couple days for Hermione and Rose to get settle into the house. Rose wasn't used to so many people wanting her attention and a couple times she got overwhelmed and started crying for her mama. Hermione would have to hold her little girl close, until she calm down and after a break, Rose started getting introduced to everybody else. Other then her mama. She liked Draco the most. She liked Pansy some, but Pansy finally left. After proving to Sirius she had a proper and safe place to go.
Hermione was sitting in the living room, her nose in a book for once. Draco had Rose in the kitchen, and Harry yawned coming down the stairs. He was feeling oddly drained, like he needed more sleep. He hasn't really slept very good, with the fever and all the last few days, so maybe he did need more sleep. He smiled at Hermione, he remembered all those times Hermione would be reading and like his old preteen self, she found herself with Harry's head on her lap. She chuckled. "I'm sure this isn't the kind of book you'd listen to. I believe it's one of Remus's." He yawned, but smiled. "I'm aware of the kind of books he reads. Good for going back to sleep." He laughed and she rolled her eyes, giving him a playful slap. Still, she didn't read out loud, as Harry was already going back to sleep. He felt comfortable and safe. His boyfriend was in the kitchen close by, his best friend back and he felt good...other then just being drained oddly. So, he was back asleep within a few moments.
"Missy, are you stealing my boyfriend?" Draco laughed, but held a very happy full of Apple sauce, Rose on his hip. She smiled. "Your boyfriend, came to me. Now that I think about it, it was a few days after the full moons he would always nap on my lap...I guess he felt safer? I'm not sure." Draco just pulled the blanket down on him the rested on the back of the couch. "Remus sleeps alot to be himself, maybe...he just requires more rest, now." Hermione looked down at Harry. "He is a fighter, I can even see that." Draco smiled lightly. "I'm not too worried...at least not right now. I'm okay if he needs to rest more. Really...I just, don't want to lose him." Draco frown, trying not to upset himself. "I know. I know he also doesn't what to lose you either." Draco nodded. "That doesn't change...what he is going through. No, it isn't non of those faults...but...It's still scary...you haven't seen Harry when the fevers been there...it's really scary." Draco then got pulled down by his wrist to join her on the couch. "Shh." She said softly.
