"It's not that big of a deal." Remus said, walking over to the closet to grab his medical bag. "Moony, you even admit you haven't been feeling well for a while." Sirius said. "I haven't felt myself in a YEAR, Sirius. I just ate to much or something. I'm fine." Remus said but Sirius crossed his arms. "Lily says you've been vomiting on and off for a few weeks now. Wouldn't tell me because of this or that. So I know that's bullshit." Sirius said, picking up the flip phone and held it out. "Make the appointment, then come downstairs." Sirius said. He seen the look of angry grow on his face, but Remus took the phone.

Harry knee was more then a cut, his knee was broken. Mike fought with Sirius for nearly an hour before the wolf let out a growl. Unlike Remus, who could just be told to be quiet and Harry could be shut up. Mike wasn't afaird, even went a round, a very quick round that ended with him pend to floor in just a second, with Sirius. Sirius, however, knew Mike might be right. "Fine. He's resting the evening. That is an order." Sirius said and Mike rolled his eyes. "Orders don't work with me, but the evening resting is agreeable. The doctor said is sure he'll heal, as the cut itself is gone." Mike said before little Rose crawled her way over to him. "...dada!" She fussed. He smiled and picked up HIS daughter. Ron tried, and failed, so many time. Rose was his daughter and he loved her very much. "Hi, baby! Where's you mommy?" He asked, but turned back Sirius. "He'll be okay." Mike said. "He'll be fine, Mr. black." The doctor said. "You don't know that...nobody does, unfortunately." Sirius said. "Okay, maybe so. however, getting back to how his life once was, will do him good. I'll come back in a couple days, but I'm sure I'll be okay." The doctor said. "Very well, thank you."

Sirius was shoved the appointment card, watching Remus walk to the fridge. "Are you really going to be fussy about seeing the doctor, Moony?" Sirius said. "I don't appreciate you ordering me to do something because you don't believe me." Remus said, slamming the door to the fridge shut, and went to storm away, but Sirius grabbed his wrist and pulled him to sit on his leg. "I believe you believe you are okay...But Moony, so much as been going on..." Sirius said and Remus just crossed his arms. "I just ate something wrong or too much, it doesn't mean anything. You don't believe me." Remus said trying to get to his feet. "Remus. You shouldn't be this fussy either." Sirius said, locking his arm around Remus who just huffed but after a couple minutes, Remus grabbed the piece of toast off Sirius plate, taking a bite.
Sirius give Remus a kiss on the cheek. "I love you." Sirius said. "I love you too." Remus said, eating the toast. "Understand, I only care about you, Remus. I have to know you are okay." Sirius said and Remus let out a sigh. "...I don't like you just ordering me to do what you want, because you disagree with me." Remus said. "Understand my position, Moony. You and Harry are mine to protect. I haven't been dealing that great of a job. I have to be sure, with certainty, you are okay." Sirius said and after a sigh, Remus relaxed fully on his lap, and picked up Sirius hand. "...Okay. I want you to bring teddy home, now." Remus said.
Teddy was their now five year old son, who had been in his aunt's care. Sirius couldn't keep up with the small child on top of everything else. "We will pick him, after your appointment in the morning." Sirius said. "Thank you."

The doctors appointment shown Remus was healthy. The tests shown Remus had the pregnancy hormone, but Remus new that was impossible. Wolf's can only have one pregnancy, at least that what all of history has down. "I know what history says too, but I am certain of what the blood tests, shown me. Please lay down on the table." He said and after a pause, and a light kiss form Sirius. "You always wanted another baby. Lay down, love."
Remus and Sirius both watch the screen, as the doctor moved the little thing slowly over Remus stomach. That has the scar on it form the birth of their son, and a few others form their nights under the moon. Sirius was frist to hear not one, not two, but THREE beating hearts. "Moony. Listen." He smiled giving Remus a kiss on the head. "My hearing isn't what yours is..." He admitted, before the doctor pointed to two areas on the screen and Remus eyes got wide. "Twins?" He half cried, but a very happy cry. "Very healthy. Even if they weren't know about." He smiled. "What do we do though? I'm certain I shouldn't be pregnant a second time. Not, that I'm not thankful." Remus said. "I...too, would like to know. He's right...so what do we do?" Sirius asked. "Nothing, at the moment. The babies are healthy and Remus health is healthy at the moment. Go home and just be careful." The doctor said.

"I...really can't believe that." Remus said, softly, back in the car to feel the kiss on his cheek. "It's okay, love. Teddy will definitely be excited." Sirius said and Remus smiled lightly. "I...think I am to...I just worry is all." Remus said. "I know, but we handle the biggest challenge. We can handle an unexpected pregnancy." Sirius said and he smiled lightly. "I'm sure we can...doesn't mean, I know what to think...The last ending is a little blurry for me." Remus frown. "You'll be okay. I promise. Let's go get our a little boy." Siruis said.
