The days past by and Harry seemed to only be getting worst. Each time his temperature came back, it was higher then the time before. He'd stop being able to eat about the sixth day, after hardly eating the days before. Getting Harry to drink water was near impossible and the effects were starting to travel to Draco, and their connection to one another. They didn't know what more they could do, but hope it would run it's coruse and not take their son, but Siruis was fearing it would be to much, and they'd end up having to burry this son, and that was a thought he was struggling with the most.
The morning started the same, Draco unable to really wake Harry up. Something that started happening two days ago, and Siruis was petty certain Harry was started to slip into a coma, again, and he wasn't wrong, Harry was just trying to fight it, because he didn't want to leave his boyfriend or his twins, but he was only getting weaker and weaker. He just couldn't keep up with the fight. He knew he was loosing, and just hope when he did go to sleep, he'd wake back up.
Draco was spending a lot of time with his twins and dropped his summer coruse. He just couldn't focus on school, when he felt Harry's pain. It was to much, making it impossible for Draco to leave. Draco, once he failed to wake Harry went straight to his twins who didn't understand what was going on with their father. All they knew was he was sick, Draco couldn't worry them, he just couldn't handle the heart ache. Spending the morning with the twins didn't really help Draco's feelings, and sent them off to pay and went back to the bedroom he shared with his partner.
The doctor was in there with Siruis, talking about the next steps and it wasn't something Draco wanted to hear. They had to get Harry set back up for a coma state, and be sure he kept breathing on his own, but they all knew Harry was likely going to end up on a ventilator, because he was only weaker. Something non of them were ready to face, but unfortunately, the time was drawing near.-
The doctor left a couple hours later, and Draco sat beside Harry, just looking over at all the medical stuff. He didn't want to loose his partner, over something that didn't happen, but just lend down and placed a light kiss on Harry's forehead. "I'll take care of you, I promise. Just please....came back to me. Come back to the twins." Draco said, before tucking Harry into bed.

Days, turned into weeks. Weeks, turn into months. The months, turned into years of Draco, Siruis and Remus fighting to keep Harry alive against the doctors and the city, who believed they shouldn't keep him alive. Harry wasn't on a ventilator, but a feeding tube and they didn't believe Harry should be kept alive. So, they finally relocated the second year, and nobody in America was aware of Harry who still laid on a coma and after two more years, a total of four years and the hope gone of him ever waking up, Harry surprised them all and dumbfounded the doctor again.
