In four years time, Harry never once stopped breathing on his own, but kept alive by a feeding tube. In those four years, they moved to America, a small town with little people, who didn't know Harry existed because of how hard they had to fight to keep Harry alive by their own city. So, nobody knew the reason, At least the real reason. Siruis Black opened a new business up in America that seemed to be doing well, so money wasn't a problem, but his employees always worried about their boss. Siruis Black was often quiet or on the phone with his husband. They all assumed something was wrong but never knew. They knew Siruis had four children, but questioned the fifth, teenager in one photo that popped up once in a while on his computer. They knew he had two grandchildren, that didn't quiet add up as they know of the oldest only being twelve years old. Teddy, who was twelve and still suffered a speech impairment, but they loved the boy. They hoped one day to learn what kept on their bosses mind, but doubt they ever would.

Remus Lupin kept home during the day, being a Manny, to children. The door to Harry's room was always locked if nobody was inside, so even if the children got nosey, they wouldn't open the door.
Once they got to America, Remus helped Draco finish his degree who over the years could leave the house, even if he hated to, but he was currently working at a daycare center, trying to get approval to open his own, but Draco was also somebody his co-workers wondered about. They knew about the twins, but didn't understand a lot about them, but Draco wouldn't answer it. Draco wasn't one to answer questions and always hurry back home once the last child was picked up, to see if anything changed with Harry, to be disappointed each day.

The twins? Were told when they got to America what was really happening with Harry and were slowly learning to help take care of him, because they didn't want to loose him either.

The triplets? Were always worried about their big brother, but Remus did he best to keep all five children worried about growing.

Teddy? Was almost a teenager, twelve years old, and helped a bit on weekends with Harry.

They had all came to trems with Harry not waking up, as today was the fourth year anniversary of Harry's coma.

--

Draco stood at the stove making breakfast, before he would go to the daycare to work the summer house. So often times, he was the one to cook breakfast because he had to leave by six so it was still pretty early that hot Tuesday morning, and he expect it to be like any other morning, except it wasn't.

--

Harry suddenly shot up in the hospital bed, the hospital bed the bought to make taking care of Harry easier, inside the smallest room of their American home. The alarms didn't go off, because Harry's heartbeat wasn't too high or too low, nor did his birthing change. So, nobody knew Harry woke up. Harry knew though he wasn't in his house, or at least the home he had always know.
Harry slowly got to his feet, letting out an noise. He snagged his tube on the bed. A stomach feeding tube, A g-tube. Harry undone his current feeding bag form his tube. He knew to leave the small tube itself in, being told about them one time he'd been sick, he knew he couldn't pull it out. He stood there, a bit uncomfortable on his feet and looked around the room, all Medical stuff and a small dresser he slowly walked over to and pulled it open. He found some of his old clothes and slowly changed the outfit he was in, be stand in some clothes that were now to large.
Harry's walk was slow to the door in that mall room, but he could easily walk, just not moving fast. He didn't quiet under why. He wasn't aware of how long it had been since he was last awake and feared he was in some care facility. He unlocked the door and slowly opened it. The sounds of the house pretty quiet, because the young children had yet to wake up, but Teddy, who went to school early, was awake in his room.
Harry stepped into the hallway, and stood there, just staring at the pictures on the wall. It shown Harry more time has past by then he thought and this was no longer the home he once grew up in. He wasn't sure how long he'd been standing there, just finally heard the voice of his brother, who wasn't as little as he was. On fact, Teddy had grown a lot. Looking bigger then most boys of age twelve. "B-brother?" Teddy said causing Harry to turn his head before he slowly turned to face the boy, who was just about as tall as he was now. "... You've gotten big." Harry said. He wasn't sick, but he's voice sounded like he was. "Are...you feeling sick?" He asked, but walked over to Harry and grabbed his Wrist. "No...just...a bit foggy maybe? I'm not certain the...feeling." Harry said. "Come then. Dad and pa need to know." Teddy said and Harry gave him a nod, and let his brother take him down the hallway and up a flight of stairs that took them to the third floor of the home. The water was running so Siruis was already up, currently in the shower, so Teddy was certain he could open the door.

Remus was still sleeping, not expecting to be shook awake by Teddy. Normally it was one of the triplets, waking up form a bad dream. Teddy was somebody he wasn't expecting. "God, Lord, Edward." Remus said. "Ugh. D-da don't c-call me that." Teddy fussed. "What's up, son? I'm pretty certain Draco has breakfast going." Remus said. "Just get u-up, dad." Teddy said and after a yawn, Remus turned on the lamp and sat up.
Teddy wasn't even aware his father could move that quickly when His brother was spotted standing on his feet. He just heard the slight uncomfortable noise Harry gave when the grip tighten around him. "...Your... Squeezing me." Harry said. "Teddy, get your pa. The water is running, so he is still in the shower." Remus said.

-

Teddy opened the door to the bedroom Siruis shared with his husband, Remus. "Love, you should go back to bed." Siruis said, just assuming it was Remus awaking up by Siruis being a bit to nosey. "Pa, you n-need to c-come out." Teddy said. "Is Draco not making breakfast?" Siruis said, turning off the water. "He w-won't be soon. H-harry's u-up." Teddy said. "...I'll be out in a second, Teddy." Siruis said.

-

Harry found himself locked in another hug, that seemed to never end. His voice still sounded sick, but no temperature or signs of any infection shown. "Teddy, go get Draco. Tell him to pause breakfast. The kids can miss one day of school." Siruis said.

Teddy hurried down the two flights of starts and turned into the kitchen. "S-Stop and come with m-me." Teddy said. "I have a bit of a busy-" Draco then stopped talking. Something changed. For once in four years, Draco felt Harry strongly again. Teddy didn't have to finish saying and Draco turned the strove off and hurried up the stairs. Draco didn't even stop on the second floor and went straight to were Harry was and Sirius hand went to Harry's back, knowing Draco could knock them both down, and would have. Harry was a bit foggy and wasn't expecting the force Draco gave, but once Siruis put them back on steady feet, Harry's arms locked around Draco, who much like Remus, didn't stop the tears for some time.

Over the next few hours, Harry was caught up on what happened over the Crouse of the four years and the twins? Were very excited to see him awake and Harry was happy to listen to their stories.

Hopefully, with Harry awake, the Household could finally get back to a normal life, in a new place, America, but the question still remain. Was this finally over?
