Adventure Time Journey (Fanfic)

Chapter One

OC POV
I sat on the floor with Mr. Rock and Twig. They were good friends. My only friends.

"You guys want to play a game?" I asked in an excited whisper. I stared at them. No answer. I'll pretend that they answered.

"So how you play is I think of something and you have to guess what it is." I sighed. "Who am I kidding... Your a rock and a stick for globs sake." I pushed Mr. Rock and Twig away.

FINN POV
"Come on Jake!"

"Yeah, yeah I'm coming." Jake laughed.

We were running over to Tree Trunks to see if she had any pie. Man, we hadn't had one in a long time.

"Hey Finn!" Jake yelled at me.

"Yeah man?"

"You better run!" Jake was growing big and growling like a monster.

"Woah..." I said to myself. We haven't done something like this in a long time, but I was gonna love every minute of it. I saw some woods and ran for them. I'll lose Jake in there.

OC POV
I stared outside through the broken window. I could leave if I wanted, but I really didn't want to. There could be danger out there. I mean, I didn't know what was out there, but I wasn't gonna find out.

I got up and walked around the house. I saw a daisy was fainting. "Aw. Let me help you little guy." I touched him with the tip of my finger and my necklace glowed. The daisy popped up with life. "I love it that I have magic." I whispered to myself.

I crawled over to my secret corner and removed a part of the wall to reveal my treasures.

JAKE POV
"Hey Finn! Where'd ya go man?" I looked around in the forest for him. "I'm not good with this forest. I don't know where to go." I stretched down to normal size and walked around to find Finn. "Fiiiiiiiiinn!" I screamed.

"Jake? You need to see this." I heard Finn.

"Well where are you and 'this' at?" I asked. Finn came out of the bushes and showed me what he was looking at.

OC POV
I love my treasures. I decided to take stock.

A gold watch, check.
Three sliver coins, check.
White shiny earrings, check.
And a picture of my parents... They're not here. Where's my picture. Don't freak, calm down. Retrace your steps.

I went back to my bed, which was made out of leaves and scraps of material. There was my picture. I hugged it close to my chest and kissed it.

"Woah man." A voice came from outside... Someone else's voice. This is terrible and scary. What do I do?! I got so scared that I dropped my picture. "Oh glob." I slapped my hand over my mouth. I looked at my necklace, and I knew that I had to use my powers.

FINN POV
Jake and I looked at the house. It was covered in vines and flowers. The windows were broken and it was quiet.

"You think someone lives here?" I asked Jake.

"I doubt it."

"Doesn't hurt to look around."

Jake nodded and we went to the door. I touched it, and it fell over. Jake and I looked at each other and we both knew someone isn't here.
"Woah man," Jake said.

I heard something made of glass diffently brake. "Oh glob." I heard a girl's voice say that.

"Jake..." I whispered.

Jake tip toed into the house, "Hello?"

I followed after him, and I saw there was an upstairs. "Hey Jake, I'll go upstairs while you keep watch down here." I whispered to Jake.

"Okay." He nodded back.

OC POV
OH GLOB. Someone is coming upstairs! I took a step. I muffled my scream, because I walked on the broken glass. I fell on my butt.
"Hey, someone up there?" I heard a different voice say.

Once I saw a face, I made vines grow and wrap around the stranger.

FINN POV
"Omg. OMG. OMG!!" I gave out a yelp before vines wrapped all the way around me. I dropped my sword. I looked over my shoulder and saw Jake got caught in the vines.

I looked forward and realized there was someone on the floor. She looked scared and her foot was red. "Hey were not here to hurt you." I told her.

"Why should I trust you?" She asked quietly.

"I'm a hero. I help save people."

"I don't need saving." She suddenly winced in pain and blood was gushing out of her foot.

"You need to be saved. Look at that cut."

OC POV
Maybe I did need their help. I don't know how what I was gonna do with my foot. I released them and my necklace stopped glowing. They came up to me.

"Jake I need you to carry her." The one with a white head said.

"Okay." The yellow, orange one said. It somehow stretched into a bed form. I scooted a little bit away from the yellow one. Suddenly I flinched and saw the white hat one was wrapping something around my foot.

"This will stop the blood coming out." She smiled at me. I smiled back. They seemed okay so far.

JAKE POV
Finn picked up the girl and laid her down on my back. I could feel her body was tense. What was she even doing out here? And, if she could do that, what was she still doing here?

"Wait. Can you please hand me my picture?" She said weakly. I looked at the floor where dirt and blood was spreaded out. I saw a picture frame covered in broken glass. Finn took his hat off to sweep off the glass, and he picked up the picture frame. "Here you go." Finn handed her the picture. She held it close to herself.

"Let's go Jake." Finn and I walked out of the woods back to the club house.
