Hi! Carly (a FICTIONAL character and Ashton's girlfriend IN THIS STORY) passed away in a car crash. Ashton is in denial and refused to believe that she was gone. He eventually accepted it and was okay with it because he still sees her in his dreams and imagines her singing him to sleep. There is a song by All Time Low called "Lullabies." One of the lines in that song is: "Sing me to sleep; I'll see you in my dreams."
