Your favorite songs that reminds you of each other

(A/N: so these are songs that remind you of each other and a little bit of a reason why it fits, now these are all over in time of release and genre so I will tell you who it is and what year too in case you are confused because you have never heard of it, if you want a modern version with modern songs, go ahead and let me know!)

Michael Monroe:

The song that reminds Michael of you: I Just Called to Say I Love You (Stevie Wonder,1984)

Why it reminds him of you: Michael tends to call you anytime you and him are apart, even if it's only for a day at the studio, he will take breaks to call and check on you because he misses your voice and he wants to remind you he loves you no matter how close or far you two are.

The song that reminds you of Michael: Crazy for you (Madonna, 1985)

Why it reminds you of him: Y'all had been separated because of him being on tour and every time you heard it it reminded you how you would always be crazy for him.

Sami Yaffa: 

The song that reminds him of you: Is this love (Whitesnake, 1987)

Why it reminds him of you: You guys had gotten in an argument over his work schedule and you stormed out of the apartment he was in and left in the pouring rain to walk home to your place. He turned on the radio to help drown the quiet and when that song came on it made him cry because he was in that same position  He loved you and he knew you needed time but he wanted you by his side again.

What song reminds you of him: Just the two of us (Bill Withers, 1980)

Why it reminds you of him: You had only been dating a little while when you first heard the song and you were worried that maybe you wouldn't be able to last because his band was gaining traction, You were in his living room when it came on the radio and he started singing it to you to let you know he wouldn't give up on your love.

Andy Mccoy: 

The song that reminds him of you: Drive (the cars, 1984)

Why it reminds him of you: He often worried about you and how at times your love was tested by tour but he remembered that in the end, he would be the one to drive you home.

What song reminds you of him: Have I told you lately (Van Morrison, 1989) 

Why it reminds you of him: you loved to tell him you loved him so often you would look at him (before the song even came out) and say, "Have I told you lately that i love you? Because I love you." making that song just that much more special to the two of you.

Nasty Suicide:

What song reminds him of you: Glory of Love (peter Cetera,1988)

Why it reminds him of you: You two had your disagreements like everyone else but he knew know matter what he wanted to only be with you, so when he first heard that song, he realized it fit the situation perfectly. 

The song that reminds you of him: Gimme Gimme gimme a man after midnight (abba, 1979)

Why it reminds you of him: You were constantly singing this song before you met and they day you ran into him the first time, you had been singing it as you crashed into him on the sidewalk with your bags in hand, from then on you were convinced he was yours because someone in the universe got sick of you wishing him into existence.

Razzle Dingley: 

What song reminds him of you: Faithfully (Journey, 1983)

Why it reminds him of you: He always hated leaving you and he knew how hard it was for you to say good bye when he went on tours, this song became his way of telling you that he would forever be yours as long as you loved him and that he only saw you out on the road, no other person. 

The song that reminds you of him:  Sweet darlin (Heart, 1980) 

Why it reminds you of him: You had been having a really rough go of things and the two of you had been friends for a while but you hadn't expected to fall for him. When you learned he loved you too, you realized his love for you brought you back from the harshest winter your heart had been through and you knew right then and there it was always meant to be
