His quirk is basically like kaneki from Tokyo ghoul. He can produce a tentacle thing from his back which can cut through anything (more or less) and he has super strength and regeneration. His eyes turn black/red when he uses his quirk and his emotions are harder to control.

Like this but imagine Izuku. His outfit is the same as the one in the photo. Oh and he has a big scar on his face from Bakugo when they were young. Scars are cool.
