Lydia sits in front of her vanity and looks at her face.

"Ok Lydia, first day at a new high school."

She picks up a makeup brush and lightly dust some blush on her cheeks.

"You're gonna go to school, get the hottest guy, become the most popular girl in school in less then a month."

Lydia spreads cherry red lipstick across her lips, she smirks at herself in the mirror, her face is done.

"Doesn't matter who you date anyways, nobody will be like him."

Lydia swings open the cabin door with her bag slung over her shoulder, she steps through the door, she takes in the entire room, the high ceilings, the nicely made bed, the second bed, the person sitting on the second bed.

She notices him, but he doesn't see her, Lydia studied his dark brown eyes focused on the Rubik's cube he played with in his long fingers, his messy chocolate brown hair cast a shadow over his forehead, the 'Super Sweet Summer Camp' shirt was tight enough to show his slightly toned body.

He looks up and his eyes meet hers.

"Oh sorry, I didn't see you there. Hi, I'm Stiles... Stilinski, Stiles Stilinski." Stiles places the Rubik's cube on his nightstand and stands up from his bed, he walks towards her and extends a hand. Lydia places her hand in his and gives a firm shake, never taking her eyes off his.

"Umm, aren't the cabins supposed to be same gender?" Lydia asked.

"Yeah." He scratches the back of his neck, releasing his hand from hers. "I think they ran out of cabins, but it's fine, I don't bite."

"Oh, I'd be great if you did." Lydia mumbled to herself, as she turn to put her stuff away.

"What was that?"

"Hmh? Nothing." Lydia sits down on her bed.

"Oh- I never got your name." Stiles sits on his bed.

"Sorry, I'm Lydia Stilinski- MARTIN, Lydia Martin, I'm-" She places her head in her hands and she feels her face heat up, Lydia looks up at Stiles with her tomato red face, a light red is spread across his cheeks.

Stiles smirks. "I think I'm gonna enjoy sharing this room with you, Ms. Lydia Sti- Martin."

Lydia places her textbooks in her bag, she flattens out her skirt and checks herself out in her mirror, she throws her bag over her shoulder and walks down stairs, Lydia sits at the kitchen island. Her mother walks into the kitchen.

"Good morning Lydia, first day, you excited?"

Lydia grabs a banana, as Natalie starts the coffee machine. "Yeah, I've always been a fan of first days."

Stiles and Lydia walk along the side of the lake, taking in the view, the counselor gave them sometime to explore the camp grounds.

"So, why are you at this summer camp, Stiles?" Lydia asked.

"Oh, my dad said I had some 'behavioral issues', y'a know the usual, not listening to him, sneaking out, stealing cars to find dead bodies."  Stiles shrugs.

Lydia stops walking. "You... what?" Stiles stops and turns around to look at her. "Just look for dead bodies, is that not normal." He says with sarcasm dripping from his words.

"Yep, normal. But, why did you're dad send you to some ringky-dink summer camp, why not a boot camp, or... jail."

"Oh yeah! You don't know a very important piece of info, my dad is the sheriff of my home town."
