Chapter 14- You Just Get Me

Back to Y/n's point of view

You couldn't help but clutch to the photos you took on your phone from earlier in the evening. The memory of Mikey taking your hand as he escorted you within the Meiji Shrine and the Inner Garden, coming to the scenery of lights and romantic dinner just for two... it made the softest yet vibrant of sensations flood your chest. You smiled to yourself, happily feeling like a massive dork.

After all, Mikey and Draken were having a private conversation, and this way you could totally geek out and feel a wave of emotions wash over you in peace, with no one immediately around. You giggled to yourself at that thought, nothing in the world could ruin this moment for you, absolutely nothing.

You swiped your thumb over the screen of your phone, deciding to open your Instagram app.
After looking through your news feed, the thought of making your own post became enticing. You picked 5 of your favourite pictures in the dozen that you took earlier, editing them in the most minor of ways; you didn't want to hinder what tonight's events actually looked like with any kind of heavy filter, with that notion, it reflected yourself through your beliefs and mindset.

At first you contemplated if this was even a good idea to follow through with... but with one swift decision, you decided 'fuck it'. You were always straight up with your thoughts and feelings, why stop now?

You captioned your mini photo set by saying "The exact moment I fell in love." keeping it short and sweet, while adding the Meiji Shrine to the location of the post. Neither you nor Mikey were in the actual photos, so the description was clever yet thoughtful.

You turned your phone screen off after you made your post, putting your cell in your jacket pocket. You let out a sigh, looking out onto the water, remembering where you were. It suddenly hit you that you never come out to this area enough, and you would love to make more of an effort to do so. With that thought in mind, you stood up straight, and stretched your arms out, above your head as you took a deep breath of fresh air in. 

You closed your eyes as you brought your arms back down, simply being still for a moment.  
Than the strangest thing happened; a pair of arms reached around your waist, pulling you closer to their body, the scent from behind becoming extremely familiar. 

"Are you tired at all "y/n"?" you heard Mikey's soft voice gently in your ear. 

"My body feels a little drained from my training today, but I feel fine. What about you?" you slightly turned the side of your face, the sounds of your voice directly in Mikey's ear, sending small shivers down his side. Everything about you excites him. 

Draken cleared his throat, letting you two know that he was still there. "What are you guys up to for the rest of the night?" he asked. Mikey lowered his arms, linking his pinky finger in yours as he moved to stand beside you now. The gesture reminded you of the previous night, and let alone the fact that he was so confident in making moves, made you blush. Everytime you thought you were fully satisfied with your love, he proved you wrong time and time again, giving you more reasons to grow even more fond towards him. 

"I don't really have anything going on tomorrow, so there's no time I really need to be home at. How about you guys?" you spoke up. 

The two of them looked at each other and shrugged, not saying anything but moving their mouths in as if they were speaking to each other. These two were something else.
