Chapter 2. A search for the theif!
Rimuru's pov (point of view)
'i should check other places first to look less suspicious' rimuru thought
"let's try that area over there"
"Ok"
While searching me and Emilia saw a little girl crying and they both approaches her
"Hey little girl , why are you crying? And where are your parents?"Emilia asked
But the little girl started to cry even more after hearing what Emilia said
"You aren't suppose to remind her of her parent , that way she will cry even more "
"Ah sorry "Emilia said while feeling a bit down
"Hey there little girl , do you see this colourful rock in my hand? Now see here , BOOM , it disappeared"
The little girl's crying face was quickly replaced with a smiling one with amusement clearly showing in her eyes
"Wah , how did you do that miss?"
"It's a magic trick" I said with an one eye closed smirk on my face
"Boom , the rock was here"I pulled out the rock from behind her hair"
The little girl starts to laugh in amusement "how do you do that miss?"
"Do you want these stone? But be careful to not lose it , it's really rare"
"Now , do you know where your parents lives?"
"Yes , I know , my dad looks like a scary guy but is a really nice person and he owns a Appa shop"
'she is definitely talking about that baldy'
"Ok , I think I know where your father is , now grab my and that girl's hand , we will take you to your dad"
Both Emilia and i then walked around a bit while holding her hand from our side , if I looked more like a boy, anyone would have thought we are a family , and we kinda looked cute together
"We look like a family together " I joked , Emilia blushed at the thought
Puck came out of the crystal and said "but don't think I will give you my daughter's hand in marriage" he said with a grin
"My daughter!" A voice yelled out ,
I and Emilia looked at the way and a woman came running and hugged the girl
"Uwah , mommy , I missed you , these two miss helped me " she said while pointing to us as the woman looked in our direction
"Thanks for helping my daughter"she said while bowing to show her graditute
"It's no problem, anyone would have helped a lost girl" both me and Emilia said
After they were gone
"Rimuru , let's try asking the fruit sellers if they have any clue"
After walking for a while we decided to ask someone
"Ha , you again broke kid " guess who?
"Nothing much old man , we just need to ask you something"rimuru said while rubbing his head with his hand
"Have you seen a yellow haired kid around here?" Emilia asked
"Huh, asking something without buying anything? And no ,I didn't saw anyone like that" he said
