This is very important for the story as I would like to clear up somehow

Now what I wanna say it is that , if I make Raphael tell rimuru literal everything and what to do and all the needed info to defeat the enemy , the story will become quite boring

Uggrrh , I don't know to say what I am feeling but if Raphael tell rimuru what's going to happen and everyone's backstory , it will be quite boring as rimuru would rather like the person to tell him their past and express their pain

As telling someone about your tragic past can be consider trust as you trust them enough to tell about it and if raphael spoils him about it , it will just be like you getting of your favourite character's past spoiled and the story of what is going to be happened

Subaru experienced of it personally without someone spoiling him about it , so he gave his raw reaction

If rem tried to kill rimuru , and Raphael already tells rimuru about it before , he will get no particular shock from it and it will be a boring reaction and the story will turn really boring as some of explainations may contains the web novel spoiler and it would ruin my viewer's day as well mine because I haven't completed the web novel yet

I want rimuru to plan counterback without just countering it with raw power and not have Raphael plan everything for him

That's the main reason why I took the demon lord rimuru also as known as the S2 rimuru because from what I have heard , the novel rimuru'power is off the charts and his every single ability is broken and overpowered

The story will become too boring if rimuru one shots every villain and have someone to literal plan and tell everything to enemy's weakness to strength to even their intentions

And not to mention Beelzebub , I searched rimuru's all abilities on chrome and found out how fucking many broken abilities he have and if I use all of them in here the story will become plain boring since I don't know how to execute an overpowered mc

So that's why , I had rimuru pretend to be an average because he is clearly too overpowered and the so called wise men will think of him as a monster like Reinhard so to avoid that rimuru is preventing to be average so no one will fear him and to prevent the same thing which happened to his country

When he thought he was being kind everyone will be the same but no , instead they thought him as a threat , to avoid that , rimuru is pretending to be an average

As we all know how tragic and cruel the re:zero world is compared to tenseislime one , re:zero is a rollercoaster of emotions and I want rimuru to feel them without getting spoiled of the upcoming events by raphael , it will keep things balanced

Their will be alot of strategic planning events that will come like the sanctuary arc where rimuru will actually needs to restart because I love Garfiel boy and I want him to overcome his past

And not to mention what reaction rimuru will give when seeing the horror and craze of what witch cult done to the village and mansion , it will certainly bloody and heartbreaking to rimuru as it was to us when we first saw it
