Tuesday, 9:30am, 1 day till graduation

"hey guys" i say with a smile, walking toward Karl, Dream, Sapnap and George who all seem to go silent as i approach, "uh hey" Dream smiles awkwardly, "Sap' lets go to class" he then continued, wrapping an arm around Sapnap as they disappeared down the hall. i sigh and lean against my locker, "things still weird between you two ?" George asks, i nod, "i wish you hadn't done that y/n" Karl sighs before closing his locker and catching up to Dream and Sapnap down the hall, "so now everyone's pissed at me ?" i ask sarcastically with a scoff, the bell rings for first period before George could talk, so we wave goodbye and i head to my english classroom.

"alright guys, i want you to spend this period planning things for graduation" Miss Daisy, my english teacher, explains to the class, "you can organize last minute decorations for the ceremony and anything like that" she claps her hands and smiles. i spot Wilbur in the back corner of the classroom and decide to go and talk to him, i get up and bring my bag with me and sit at the empty desk next to him, "hey" i smile, "sup'" he sarcastically smiles, "Sapnap won't be bothering us anymore" i sigh and rest my head on my hand, Wilbur turns his head, "you promise ?" he asks, i nod and smile, receiving a tight hug from Wilbur, "i'm so glad" he said breathily.

i get home and put my school bag on my knitted hanging chair and flop onto my bed, taking my phone out to message Karl,

i groan into my pillow and get up to shower. after my shower i pick out a nice pair of trackpants and a hoodie to change into before going to eat dinner. "you seem excited to graduate tomorrow" Mum laughs sarcastically, "how could i be excited when all my friends are mad at me ?" i sigh, swirling my spaghetti around my fork, "what happened ?" Mum asks, i sigh "basically Wilbur told me to end things with Sapnap if i wanted to be with him .. so i did and now Karl hates me" i wipe the tears forming in my eyes, "oh honey, i think they just feel bad for their friend .. i could tell Sapnap really liked you" she sighs, smiling slightly, "please don't make me feel any worse than i already do Mum" i raise my voice slightly making my Mum go silent .. "i'm not hungry" i say quietly, getting up off my chair to walk back into my room, slamming the door behind me and flopping onto my bed.

6:38pm

"hey" i say with a relief, "hey ! what's up ?" my bestfriend, Niki answers the phone, "just wanted to see how you are" i say, she groans "i'm drowning in college applications" i laugh, "what about you ?" she asks, "ugh can we just talk about you ?" i groan, she laughs, "if you say so". she goes on about all the college opportunities she has to choose from and fills me in on drama at my old school. (30 minutes later) "well i better go" i sigh, "yeah me too" she says, we say our goodbyes and the call ends.
