Luan suddenly got overwhelmed again and tried to let all of her pain out through her tears "I hate making promises I can't keep…" Luan cried quietly, after her short breakdown she grabbed her phone and called her older sister with the wise choice of words.

"hey Luan! how's life? are you treating yourself okay? how's the resturant?" she chirped happily.

"Loorrriiii…" Luan cried.

"wait what's wrong? why are you crying?" Lori asked.

"work was been terrible! the staff hasn't been doing what they're suppose to!" Luan lied, although Lori is her sister and she can open up to her, she doesn't want to pour all of her problems since Lori is the only Loud sibling with the most hardest job; being a mother.

"I've been there before, you shouldn't have seen me when dad tried to give me a job in the resturant" Lori joked "but hey, it takes time for them to get the hang of it"

"no, I'm not calling because I got in trouble" Luan said "I'm calling because…" Luan paused, still resisting to say her problems to Lori.

"because?" Lori asked.

"because… I'm just working so hard! hahaha! all I do is work work work!" Luan lied, and covers it up with some more laughing "and I really want to spend some sister time, even if we're very far apart"

"for a second I thought something bad happened, like you literally burned down the resturant or you literally got robbed" Lori joked, Luan forced a laugh.

"speaking of the resturant… I decided to hire someone, Leni said he aced in everything" Luan updated.

"oh yeah! she told me, it's important to have a helping hand" Lori said "and who knows! maybe he'd make a good boyfriend"

"I told you guys for the millionth time; I don't need a boyfriend!" Luan ranted "why is everyone in our family keep pushing me to have a boyfriend?!"

"oh come on! you'll get desperate, you're gonna have it now while you're in your 20s! it's impossible to find one when you're 30" Lori said.

"Lori, I'm 20, 21 by a couple months" Luan debated "and you got married when you were 22!"

"the younger the better" Lori said.

the two sisters chatted the night away until it's time for one of them to hang up, Lori ended the call due to her pregnancy leaving Luan feeling less sad, she got off of her bath, puts on her bathrobe and slept.

the next day, Benny waited for the resturant to open since Luan is the only one with the key, Benny saw Luan's car parked and he smiled when he saw her step out "morning Miss Loud" Benny greeted, in a professional manner.

"you're early" Luan said, as she approaches him "I said 7am, it's 5:50"

"but isn't being early better?" Benny excused making Luan rolled her eyes before she inserted the keys to the door.

"alright, mop the floors and make the windows spotless, I want it so clean that I can trick myself to thinking the doors are open" Luan demanded.

"you got it, Miss Loud" Benny said optimistically.

"you don't have to call me that, remember, we're family" Luan repeated, Benny blushed to hear that from Luan so he forced a chuckle.

"sorry... Luan" Benny said, Luan quickly looked back with a surprised expression "a-are you okay?"

"yeah, I'm fine, I just… I-I thought I heard something" Luan said then she shook her head "back to business, there's the mop, get to cleaning!"

Luan demanded then she walked to the kitchen, she put on an apron, a hair net and washed her hands. She glances over to Benny who starts mopping like the world is going to explode tomorrow that she couldn't help but giggle but how ridiculously fast he was.
