"Th-thank you, Iris. You he-helped a lot," Alphys said. "We better he-head back now. "

"You're welcome, Alphys. Thank you for showing me this place. Before we go, I want to take a dip in the water. I haven't swum in years," Iris said.

Alphys nodded and watched as Iris jumped into the water. Alphys gasped in amazement when Iris seemed to shift into a siren! Iris emerged out of the water and saw Alphys's face. She looked around and saw the siren tail and started to freak out!

"Wh-what happened to my legs?!" Iris panicked.

"It must've be-been the experiments! You're pa-part siren now," Alphys nervously explained.

Iris teleported out of the water and into the Lab, which is the last place she wanted to be. She shifted back to a human but felt as if her balance was off. She tried finding what was causing the weird feeling. She found what she was looking, but screamed.

"Now I'm part wolf too?!" Iris screamed.

Alphys had run back to the lab, ran to Iris, and smiled a strange smile. "Th-they worked! The experiments wo-worked!" She exclaimed.

"You ma-made me like this!" Iris accused.

"Yes, but you ha-have to stay here for a few mo-more years," Alphys stuttered.

Iris zoned out and couldn't hear her voice. She now was planning a great escape to get away from everything and find Sans and Papyrus. She waited until Alphys was asleep then she carried out her plan...

Iris teleported out of the lab and into Waterfall. She came across a house. Iris knocked and waited. A young fish woman opened the door.

"Are you okay, kid? You look cold. Here, come inside," The fish lady said.

"Th-thank you. I am cold. D-do you know so-some skeletons named Sans an-and Papyrus? Their m-my brothers," Iris stuttered.

"Yes, they're part of the Royal Guard. I'm Undyne, what is your name, kid?" Undyne smiled and Iris saw her yellow piranha-like teeth.

"My na-name is Iris Ivy." Iris shivered.

Undyne got a blanket and wrapped it around Iris. "Here, stay like this and I'll get Sans. He'll come here and get ya." Undyne walked to a phone and put in a number.

She talked with someone on the phone for a few minutes before hanging up. "I'm going to call my friend Alphys to see if she knows ya," Undyne said.

"N-no! Don't call her. I'm he-her experiment. I don't want t-to go back," Iris whimpered.

"Okay. I'm sorry, kid. How did you even get her without her noticing? If you don't mind me asking," Undyne said.

"I te-teleported," Iris said.

Someone had knocked on the door. Undyne went to the door and unlocked it. There stood a worried Sans, who was just wearing a t-shirt and shorts.

"sis! you're alright!" Sans exclaimed as he rushed to his sister and hugged her.

"Brother! How is Papy? Is he okay?" Iris asked as she hugged Sans.

"Papyrus is fine, but you look like your gonna pass out. How cold are you?" Sans worried.

"Cold. Can I keep the blanket, Miss Undyne?" Iris asked.

"First, you're related to Papyrus and Sans? How?" Undyne questioned.

"yes, she's related to papyrus and i. we've always considered a sister since we met her," Sans explained.

Iris shifted to a skeleton and she looked like Sans, yet she was skinnier than him and a mark was on her skull. Sans and Undyne looked at Iris with shock. She looked straight back at them and tilted her head as if she was confused.

"What's the matter?" Iris asked.

Iris looked at her hand and screamed a blood-curdling scream. She fell to the floor and started to shake.

"Wh-what happened?!" Iris panicked.

"sis! calm down!" Sans rushed to Iris's side and hugged her as tight as he could.

Undyne studied the mark on Iris's skull and backed away from her. Undyne summoned a blue spear.

"How do you know the Royal Family?!" Undyne yelled.

"they were her family before gaster took her away from them and tortured her!" Sans screamed as his left eye started to flash yellow and light blue.

Iris panicked and put up a shield of a rainbow around herself and Sans. Sans cooled off and went closer to the shield. Undyne dropped her weapon and went to the shield.

"How? You shouldn't have magic," Undyne said, putting her hand close to the shield.

Iris exploded the shield and it caused Undyne to be flung back into the opposing wall. Sans looked at Iris in shock, but Iris didn't look back.

'her eyes...they aren't the ice blue I knew...their brown?' Sans thought.

"You're a menace to our kind! You could've killed me!" Undyne yelled.

Iris said nothing and passed out from over usage of her powers. Sans picked her up and teleported Iris and himself out of Undyne's house and to his own in Snowdin.
