Part 5

Alphys faced the brothers. "Wh-what are you doing wi-with Iris?! I've be-been looking for her!" Alphys screamed.

"she got away from your torture! undyne called me and i had to help my sister get out of her house!" Sans yelled back, which made his left eye flash blue and yellow. Alphys backed down from Sans. "just help her. i don't like seeing her hurt."

"Ho-how did she pa-pass out?" Alphys quietly asked.

"She looked out the window and mumbled something before passing out," Papyrus softly explained, a worried look was on his skull.

"Papyrus, do-don't worry. I'll help your si-sister," Alphys assured him.

Ppayrus nodded as Sans handed Iris to Alphys. The two brothers sat down close to the door and Sans was overthinking the details about what happened while Papyrus paced back and forth, hoping his sister was okay. Sans heard paws hitting the ground, which was strange. He looked up and saw the King. Sans quickly stood up and bowed to the king. Papyrus also saw the king and bowed.

"How do you two know my daughter?" Asgore asked, staring at the two.

"she's been with us si-since Gaster brought he-her to the lab. we consider he-her a sister, king asgore," Sans nervously explained.

"Interesting. Do you know why I am here?" Asgore questioned Papyrus.

"You're here to see your daughter, King Asgore. You got the news that she had passed out from seeing the snow where my brother and I live," Papyrus explained.

"You are very observant. Do you know her soul type?" Asgore questioned both.

"we do not, sir," Sans said.

"Bu-but I do. Her so-soul type is half and ha-half. Half rainbow an-and half monster," Alphys answered, walking out from a seperate room.

"Half monster? How did she become half monster?" Asgore angerliy asked.

"The ex-experiments that Gaster di-did on her affected her so-soul and her deoxyribonucleic ac-acid, or DNA fo-for short," Alphys explained.

"That's why Gaster wanted my daughter?! To perform experiments on her?!" Asgore yelled, his voice booming through out the lab.

"sir, please calm down. gaster also used me and my brother as experiments," Sans said, and he showed his hand, which had a metal plate that had numbers and letters.

Asgore looked at Sans with shock and anger, yet it calmed him down. Asgore rubbed a hand over his face and sighed. He sat down in a close by chair and used a breathing techniqe to calm himself further.

"King Asgore, I think Iris can free us. Her soul has every color we need and even a monster soul. But, she'll want to bring Flowey if she knows it's Asriel," Papyrus gently said.

"She knows. She probably just wants to see me and Toriel before she meets him again," Asgore nodded.

"Wh-where am I?" Iris's voice could be heard.

Everyone rushed to the room and smiled. Iris freaked out, but smiled a bit.

"Iris, do you remember me?" Asgore asked softly.

"Yes. You're my papa," Iris smiled.

Asgore smiled as tears formed in his eyes. But what Iris said next shocked everyone.

"Where's momma? Where's Chara and Azzy? Who are the other three?" Iris asked.

Sans and Papyrus looked at Iris with worry, but only Sans looked at Alphys.

"what happened to ivy?" Sans angrily asked Alphys.

"Me-memory loss. This sh-shouldn't be happening. Bu-but the same thing happened to Pa-Papyrus, so maybe this shouldn't be un-unexpected," Alphys stuttered.

"what can we do to get her memory back?" Sans asked.

"We-well, we can try and trigger an ev-event," Alphys mumbled.

"Like what, Alphys?" Asgore questioned.

"Pa-Papyrus, hand Iris yo-your scarf. It'll tr-trigger the day she arrived at the la-lab," Alphys said, looking at Papyrus.

Papyrus looked confused, but Sans nodded. Papyrus took off his scarf and put it on Iris. Iris blushed a bit when Papyrus got close to her, but she seemed to remember something.

"Papy? Why are you giving me your scarf? It's yours," Iris smiled.

"It wo-worked!" Alphys exclaimed.

"What worked?" Iris asked.

"nothing, sis. let's get ya to our house," Sans smiled.

Iris nodded and teleported with Sans and Papyrus to their home in Snowdin. To this day, Iris lives happily in Snowdin with her brothers, Sans and Papyrus. She's met the AU Sans that gave the vial and met a few others. She'll meet a version of herself, Sans, and Papyrus who are all rude soon. Iris had freed the underground and they lived with humans for years until someone fell into Mt Ebott again and reset the world. Now, Iris has to wait for the perfect moment and get everyone out for good. Iris wears a band on her wrist to keep track of her mood along with her eyes. There are many colors and color combinations.

Colors to back away from Iris are; red means angry, dark grey means broken, purple means lust, blue means sad, and light grey means no emotion. Colors that mean the person can come close are; orange means excited, yellow means embarrassed, green means caring/kind/happy, light blue means confused, teal means worried, pink means love, black means different side, and white means hurt/sick. Colors you could come near Iris but be cautious of are: blue means sad/upset, purple means lust, dark purple means serious lust, light grey means scared, black means different side, and brown means no emotion. The mixes are; red and white-angry and hurt/sick, orange and pink-love and excited, yellow and teal-embarrassed and worried, black and white-different side and hurt/sick, green and purple-caring/kind/happy and lusty, purple and pink-in love and lusty, red and orange-excited and angry, blue and black-sad/upset and different me, blue and pink-sad/upset and in love, purple and yellow-lusty and embarrassed, teal and white-hurt/sick and worried, white and blue-hurt/sick and sad/upset, gray and red-angry and broken, pink and yellow-in love and embarrassed, blue and light grey-sad/upset and scared, and lastly, teal and brown-worried and no emotion.
