Fast forward to see that it's morning and most of the people have crashed and fallen asleep from pure exhaustion on the couches and some even on the floor. William is up and is fixing something in the kitchen. Jay is sitting by the island talking with William.

Jay: So then, I run right off the cliff, and keep running in midair, just like in the cartoon!

William: -not really paying attention- Uh-huh.

Jay: Will? You're not paying any attention are you?

William: What? Oh, no, sorry...it's just....

Jay: You want to go check on your sister to make sure she's okay.

William: -looks confused- How'd you know?

Jay: I wouldn't be your best friend if I didn't.

William and Jay exit the kitchen and head downs stairs. Jay tells William a joke, and they both are laughing by the time they reach the basement. William's laugh is quickly interrupted by the sight of an empty bed. No trace of either Lily or Melissa it to be seen.

Jay: What's wrong?

William: Lily's gone! And so is Melissa!

Jay: Are you sure they were in that bed? And not in a completely different bed-somewhere else?

William: Yeah, where else would they be? Best. Friend. ?

Jay: Uh... In that room? -Points to the home theatre with no door-

William: Okay...

The friends walk towards the room, something eerie about it. Jay tries to turn on the lights, but they don't work. William grabs a conveniently located flashlight and attempts to turn it on.

William: It's not working.

The overhead lights flash on for a moment. A cloaked figure is seen in the room. The lights turn off and then the flashlight finally works. Nothing is there. They proceed further into the room. Scanning the floor with a flashlight, they find the two cousins passed out on the floor. Before they can bend over to wake the girls, a hand is put over each of their mouths.

William: -muffled- Jay, now is the not the time to play ninja....oh

At the same time Jay speaks.

Jay: -also muffled- William, I didn't know you like to play ninja.

Before they are able to finish their sentences, they black out.

Before they are able to finish their sentences, they black out.

Joel (VO): What about you?

Scene quickly switches to the fireplace where it seems Marissa and Lydia have fallen asleep.

Shannon: What do you mean?

Joel: Who are you?

Wilson: Dude, are you seriously asking this question?

Joel: Well, -points to each individual as he speaks- Marissa is Melissa, Lydia is Lily, Trey is Travis, Niall is Nathan, You're William, and I'm Jay. So who is Shannon?

Wilson: -eyes grow wide as he realizes this is true-

Joel: -face palms at Wilson's reaction-

Shannon: -convincingly/defensively- I don't know what you mean.

Joel: Either you're good at creating coincidences or you did this all on purpose.

Shannon: uhhh...Okay, anyways... back to the story, it was morning-

Joel: -cuts in- In a galaxy far far away.

Shannon: uh, No.

Joel: uh yes.

Shannon: uh no. This is my story. As I was saying... It was morning-

Joel: In an alternate universe.

Shannon: Fine. It was morning, in an alternate universe....

Joel: -fist pumps- (mouthed) Yes!

Shannon: And Nathan and Toby were treating themselves to the pancakes William had created.

In the next scene we see, once again, Nathan and Travis. They have just finished their pancakes and Travis is reading the note aloud.

Travis: 'Went to check on sis, be back momentarily. I made pancakes for you, eat them, they're extraordinary.'

Nathan: They sure were. I'm surprised he hasn't come back up since we started eating these pancakes.

Travis: Well, he went downstairs, let's follow him.

Nathan: I agree!

Travis and Nathan head down the stairs and into the main room. Hearing sounds coming from the mini movie theater, they head in and find four people lying on the ground. First they go over to William and wake him up. Then they go over to Jay and wake him up. Both are dizzy, especially Jay. Nathan points over to the girls and asks William about them.

Nathan: Who are they?

William: -pointing- That's Lily, my little sister, and that's Melissa, my cousin.

Travis: What are they doing here?

William: My parents stuck me with my little sister, and I asked Melissa to watch her for the night. -Added as an afterthought- Hopefully she doesn't charge me more for this.

Jay: Should we wake them?

William: Duh.

The group attempts to wake the girls, but it takes longer than they expected. A black ghost-like figure floats by, unbeknownst to any of them. The next scene shows everyone, still in the mini movie theater, sitting down on the sectional couch surrounding a coffee table.
