Into The Past

Part 1

The story starts in a hospital room.....

A boy is seen lying on the hospital bed.....his head was bandaged, he had bruises all over his arms and legs and he had a lot of wires attached to his lifeless looking body....

There were many people surrounding him with tensed faces, just then one of them spoke

' I just hope there's nothing serious and he gets fine soon....'

Then a girl spoke ' Don't worry John.... he'll be alright' and kept her hand on his shoulder, assuring him....

And he nodded....

There were total 5 people surrounding him: 3 men and 2 women

Those were his friends with whom he used to spend most of his time and considered as his family......

They were : John, George, Charles, Sara and Emma....

And the one laying on the hospital bed was none other than Kartik.....

They all belonged from different places and met each other during their college and then all of them became the best of friends....

Now they were living together and had their own businesses all over the world. Their company was at the top among all the other companies in the whole world. They achieved a lot in a very short span but this did not go very well with other businessmen as they were envious of their achievements.

And this was the reason for Kartik's condition, he was attacked by their business rivals when he was all alone......

~~Flashback~~

Kartik was driving back to home after a hectic day in office that was full of meetings, it was late night and he was driving the car himself.

Suddenly he saw a bunch of cars approaching towards his car..... then he saw the car's stopping infront of his car and a man came out from one of those cars, he was well dressed and looked quite wealthy from his attire, he appeared to be in his late 40s..... Kartik was not able to see his face but when he came a little closer that Kartik could recognise him.... it was too late as another man came from behind him and shot a bullet in his chest due to which Kartik fell half unconscious...... then that man signalled his men and a car came in full speed towards the car in which Kartik was lying and hit it badly due to which the car turned upside down and Kartik got badly injured and  got fully unconscious.......

Later his friends were informed about this incident and him being taken to the hospital by some of their loyal men, who were the one who came to know about it and took Kartik to hospital.......

Kartik was immediately taken to the OT and was operated on an emergency basis, while his friends were waiting outside hoping for his well being....

After sometime, the doctor came out with a tensed face and told them that they'll have to wait for sometime till Kartik gains consciousness as he had many severe injuries due to which there were chances that if he does not gain consciousness within sometime, he might slip into coma......

This shocked all of them to the core and made them extremely tensed, now all of them were just standing there and waiting for him to gain consciousness and get well soon....

All of his friends were trying to be strong even when they were losing hope each and every passing second......
