Chapter Nine

Sirius and Remus started running through the halls. They had just returned from an Order meeting. Severus stayed back so that Sirius and Remus could get everyone out of Malfoy Manor. Dumbledore decided to strike an attack on Malfoy Manor tonight. Apparently Dumbledore received news that convicted Death Eaters were staying at Malfoy Manor and had called the aurors to go to Malfoy Manor.

Once Sirius and Remus burst through Tom's study door and found Harry they both started talking over each other too fast to be humanly possible. It took a sharp crack of both Harry's and Tom's magic to get them to stop talking.

"Remus what is going on?" Harry asked.

"Dumbledore said that he received news from someone that convicted Death Eaters are here. He sent word to the Aurors. They are on their way now. We need to enact emergency protocols and Dumbledore cannot find myself, Sirius or Harry here." Remus tells Tom and Harry quickly.

"Sirius start transporting the injured with the help of Narcissa to Potter Mansion. Dumbledore has to access and neither do the English Aurors. The portkeys are in the closet, labelled Potter Manor. Go now." Harry says and Sirius sprints out of the study.

"Remus start getting children and elderly to Riddle Mansion. You know where the portkeys are. Go." Tom tells Remus and he nods sharply before leaving quickly.

"Tom, where are we going to send the rest? And who is going to watch Bella?" Harry asks Tom quietly.

"I think Rodo can keep her in check for a little while at least. And to any of the emergency places." Tom tells Harry and Harry shakes his head.

"Dumbledore has access to all those places though. He will know the second someone enters the wards." Harry tells Tom and Tom swears softly under his breath.

"What about a Malfoy estate?" Lucius asks from the doorway.

Neither Harry nor Tom heard Lucius come up to the study. They both flinched slightly before looking over at Lucius.

"What?" Tom says and looks over to him.

"We can send the rest to one of the Malfoy estates. Dumbledore has no access to them and only myself and Narcissa have access to the wards. It would work and we have plenty of portkeys to get them there." Lucius says and Tom nods his head.

"Do it now. We need to hurry. We have no idea how long we have." Tom says and Lucius nods before quickly hurrying away.

"What about us? We don't have time to get away." Harry says to Tom and Tom just looks at Harry before looking at his desk.

"You know how paranoid I can be. I definitely prepared for this. I have some heavy duty glamours for us. It is just a small pin that can go in a tie. You are a cousin of Narcissa's that just recently got married to me, and we were invited to a dinner since we were passing through England on our way back home in Scotland." Tom tells Harry while pulling a small box out of a locked drawer of his desk.

"You really thought this out didn't you?" Harry teases the man lightly.

Tom smiles just slightly and nods his head before handing Harry a pin.

"Help me place it?" Harry asks softly, pouting his lips just slightly and flashing big eyes at Tom.

Tom chuckles slightly, "You are decidedly evil my love."

"Of course. How else am I supposed to be queen?" Harry jabs lightly.

"You never cease to surprise me, you know that?" Tom jabs back.
