Pit's P.O.V
I lie awake in my bed.
I can't fall asleep.
My thoughts may take over.
Nobody likes you.
Pittoo wants you dead.
Palutena finds you to be a pawn and nothing more.
No one loves you now.
No one will ever love you.
I try to push these thoughts away, but they come back stronger than ever.
I can't fall asleep.
My thoughts always take over at this part of night.
I lie awake for hours on end.
I can think of only one person in the end of it all,
Pittoo.
His name echoes in my mind,
His voice rings in my ears,
All I can see when I close my eyes is him.
The. The next day I can only think of him again until I get good sleep.
It's 04:00 (24 hour time) and I cannot fall asleep.
I may be able to not think of him and his beautiful red eyes.
The way he speaks with a tone of I hate you, yet remaining so elegant.
The way that he battles.
Everything in my world is him.

I wake once more from my slumber.
I feel as if I had perished then been revived again due to lack of sleep.
I get up, not fully prepared for the day.
"Good morning, Pit," Lady Palutena greets me.
"Morning, Lady Palutena," I reply, still groggy.
"What's wrong?" she asks.
"Oh I could barley fall asleep last night," I reply, trying to play it all off.
"Why?" she asks me.
"Couldn't stop thinking about one thing," I tell her.
"What was it?" she inquires.
"Pittoo," I softly mumble.
"What was that?" She replies.
"Nothing," I tell her once more.
I walk off to Pittoo's current living situation.
I see a small shack, and knock on the door.
"Who's there?" I hear a familiar voice grumble.
"It's me Pittoo," I reply to him.
"Come in," he tells me, unlocking the door.
I walk into the small shack.
The place could only be described as a mess at best.
"What brings you here, Pitstain?" he asks me.
"Just wanted to see you," I tell him.
He only nods his head as I look around.
"Bit of a mess," he states the obvious.
There are take-out boxes everywhere, soda stains the floor, and rats munch at the carpet.
"You could stay with Palutena and I," I tell him.
He debates it within himself, before finally responding, "You sure?"
I nod my head, and he come with me back to the temple in which I live.
"Lady Palutena, can Dark Pit stay with us?" I asked, hoping it would be a yes.
" Sure, I don't see why not," she replied.
We went up to my room.
Dark Pit turned to me, "Pit, I think there is something I want to say."
He gulped, "I think, I think I love you."
I was taken aback, but then I thought about it. It all made sense.
"I think I love you to," I told him.
The only fight I had, was like no other. It was within me.
