Pit's P.O.V
I rise from a pile of rubble in the town.
I see that... thing in Pittoo.
I charge, but to no avail.
I am pushed back, and it points it's sword at me.
"Last words?" it asks me with a smile of hatred on its face.
"Yes," I reply, "you will pay,"
He lifts up the blade to take a swing...
A few days earlier...
I wake up to Palutena shouting, "Pit, time for breakfast!" I jump out of my comfy bed, hoping for pancakes. Rushing down the stairs of the temple I trip over my own feet a bit, but I am back up in no time.
When I get downstairs, Pittoo is sitting there.
"Hi, Pittoo," I say to him.
He takes a minute to process what is going on, obviously still tired.
"Hi, sweetie," he mumbles.
I walk to get my food.
I sit down near Pittoo.
We eat our food then go outside.
"Wanna go see a movie?" I ask him.
"Sure, why not," he responds shrugging his shoulders.
We walk past an odd alleyway, when a man walks up to us.
"Hey kids, want a drink?" he asks us.
I slowly back away, but Pittoo being very tired takes a sip.
He starts acting weird.
He grabs the man by the throat and yells, "What was in that drink?"
He starts to wobble around, before finally running into a wall.
A few minutes later, he wakes up.
He runs off back to the temple.
I bolt after him, hoping he's okay.
When I get to the temple, he has the Silver Bow, and he charges after me.
I grab the Palutena Bow and dodge it.
He takes a swing at me, and I get cut a little.
I kick him in the stomach, and he coughs up some blood.
He looks at me with a smile, and charges.
He impales me, and I fall to the ground.
I lie there in rubble for a moment before charging him.
It works note, and I am pushed back.
My weapon flies from my hand.
The smile unlike poor Pittoo's is on his face.
"Any last words?" it laughs, pointing his blade at my neck.
"Yes," I tell him, "you will pay,"
He lifts his blade to take a swing, but he can't.
I see Pittoo, who wants not to kill me.
And that thing who does.
I get up, and take the blade from his quivering hand.
"I can't can't..." he says.
I hug him, hoping the thing doesn't break my neck or something.
We start heading home, home.
