Chapter 6

You gasped when you saw him outside your window. "Sup. It's been awhile, l/n..", you could see him smile brightly. Noticing your light still on, you hurriedly turned it off before going back to him "M-mitsuya-san?! What are you doing here at this hour?!". You tried to talk as quietly as you could. You are scared if someone sees him and reports to your aunt, it scares you if he ends up getting hurt because of you. "Because you have been missing for a month.. Besides, I already told you before. I will be visiting you" you are glad that the moon is the only source of your lights or else he would see how red your cheeks are. You could feel your heart racing. At that moment you realize you missed him so badly. "Y-you shouldn't be here.. If someone saw you-" you could see him stretch his hand to you as your eyes widened. "Let's go~ Baji and chifuyu are waiting" you looked at him confused, "Let's have fun tonight, l/n". At first you hesitated but then you took his hand. He pulled you close "Don't worry, I won't let you go..". Heard him whisper that close to your ear sure made your heart racing like crazy. You didn't know how, but he did manage to snuck you out. He sure came prepared, he brought his spare shoes for you since he did plan to kidnapped you since the beginning. Wearing his jacket, you love how warm and how it smells like him hugging you. You enjoy your little night adventure with him and his friends. It's been awhile since you laughed that much. Secretly he watching you while you enjoying yourself hearing all the stupid things Baji would said. They amazed how it's your first time eat peyoung and the convenient store steam bun. Sending you back, the time you climb back to your room, he grabs hold of your hand "Wait..". You could see he pulled out something from his pocket. It was a phone, he handed it to you "This is actually my old phone but it's still good to use. Ah the charger..". He handed you the charger as he pulled it out from his other pocket. "Don't worry... It's a new number.. If something up or..if you just wanna talk.. It has my number and the others too." you could see a gentle smile on his face. "T-this is too much for me, mitsuya-san. I-i meant what we did tonight was more than enough-", he patted your head "This is my selfish request. I did this not because I want to repay you.. L/n-san.. I didn't see you only as a friend. I know we haven't known each other for that long but I know what I want. I will wait for your answer". Your eyes widened as you were too shocked and surprised to answer. "See you next time, l/n-san. I will text you later~" You could see his playful grin before you saw how fast he jumped from the tree to the wall and gone. Your face is as red as tomatoes the time he is gone. Closed the window and locked it, you throw yourself on your bed and scream to your pillow. You rolled around, trying to calm yourself but it's useless. You are too happy.

Yet you know. Him and you? That would be something impossible. You sighed as you lay there on your bed. Your world and his are different just as your aunt said. He lives freely, while you live in a cage tied to your family. You envy him, but mostly you want to be with him. "How frustrating.." you mumbled as you could feel your heart ache. You then feel the phone vibrate. It's him texting you. It took you a while until you figured out how the phone works. Talking with him through text sure made you miss him again and of course made you want to see him again. It's been two months since you have these secret meetings with him. Since he never brought about a relationship or about the feelings, you never said anything to him. You two keep everything hanging. Again it's one of the nights where he visited you. Tonight you two decided to only talk with each other, him sitting there on your window. It's more like you listened to his stories about what the outside world likes. He saw how you stare at him fondly while listening to each of his stories. "Say.. L/n-san.. About last time.. You haven't given me your answer" he looked at you with a serious expression. You quickly averted your eyes from his. "..I..I don't know, Mitsuya-san.. Don't get me wrong.. I..do like you but-" you could feel his lips stole yours. "Isn't that what all matters?" he pulled away as he could see how red your face was right now. "I like you and you like me.." he stroked your cheek gently. "W-what if it's not work out?" you looked up at him with an anxious expression. He smiled at you with confidence "I'll do anything to make it work...". "What if I end up hurting you? We live in different worlds.. What if I can't break free like you? A relationship...don't you think it's impossible for us?" he could hear your voice breaking. You could see how determined he is and how confident his gaze at you "You won't.. If it's impossible then I will make it possible. If you think our world is different then I will create one for us. If you are unable to break free then I will break you free from whatever holding you back. But I won't be able to do any of that without you too, l/n-san... I know I don't have much to offer you right now but.. I will do what I can to make you happy in my power. So. l/n.. Will you trust me?". You could see his gentle warm smile under that moonlight as he offered his hand to you. The moment you took his hand and was pulled into his arms, you know that your feelings for him aren't just some childish crush. The warmth you feel from him, how you wished he would hold you forever.
