Chapter 3 - Angry & Upset

After Quinn storms out of the room and leaves the girl's dorm she bumps into Chase.

"Woah slow down" Chase says to her.

"Why?" Quinn snaps.

"Are you ok?"

"Yeah I'm fine. Sorry for being rude, it's just Lola and I got into an argument"

"Oh right. I'm sure you will be fine, you guys are best friends."

"I'm sure we will be fine, but I just needed some air"

"What was the fight about?"

"Logan and Vince..."

"What do you mean?"

"Basically I told her about Logan and I and she said some nasty things about him, so I said about how Vince beat you guys up. It just got really ugly really fast. I don't want to apologies first though because she started it."

"Oh... we'll hopefully she will apologise soon."

"Yeah. Thank Chase."

"Anytime. I've got to get going to class now. Let me know how everything goes"

Quinn gives him a smile and a wave and then continues to walk off.

"Hey Quinn!" A voice yells from the distance. Quinn reflectivity turns around to see who yelled her name. It was Mark.

"Oh... it's you" Quinn grunts.

"Hey that's not nice." Mark says.

"I can't really talk right now Mark"

"I heard you and Logan are together"

"Yeah. Why?"

"I just didn't expect it that's all"

"Well I never expected that you would end a two year relationship for Brooke, but here we are!" Quinn snaps.

"Jesus! Calm down"

"Oh just leave me alone Mark, I'm not in the mood."

Mark begins to follow Quinn and he keeps shouting her name.

"Oh my god Mark! Stop!" Quinn yells as she suddenly stops.

"I need to talk to you about something important" he says getting closer to her.

"Well I don't really want to hear it right now"

"I'm going to tell you anyway"

"Urrrggg! Fine, just make it quick"

"So I've been thinking... I've missed you so much. Every time I look at Brooke I just think of you, and I keep having dreams about you and me getting back together."

"Are you actually joking right now?"

"Listen Quinn, you know we were perfect together. You and Logan and me and Brook are two opposites, where as you and me are so similar. I know you only really like Logan for his looks, so come back to me where you belong"

"I am absolutely flabbergasted! I'm not interested in you AT ALL! Also I don't just like Logan, I love him! I'm not just interested in his looks either, of course his six pack, amazing hair and cute nose help, BUT I'm not that shallow!"

"I didn't mean to offended you, but I really feel like you belong with me"

"Excuse me? I don't "belong" to anyone! Not you and not Logan. I am my own person thanks."

"Oh Quinn here you are with this whole feminine empowerment stuff again" Mark says as he rolls his eyes.

"What did you just say?"

"You know what I mean. You always are trying to prove something about women and it's sort of annoying. Like with this whole science thing that you are interested in, you only enjoy making a point not actually science"

Quinn's jaw just drops and she gives him the most dirtiest look ever.
"I actually can't believe you just said that?"

"What? I think it's the truth and everyone from the science group thinks so as well"

"Well the science group wouldn't let me in for being a girl! I'm more cleverer then you and that entire science group put together! I've made things that people couldn't even dream of making, so how dare you disrespect me and my talents just because I'm a female!"

"Quinn... I didn't mean it like that... I just..."

Quinn just storms off and doesn't listen to him.
"Great now I'm even more angry and upset" she says as she storms off.

Quinn finds a little spot under a tree in the PCA park area in hopes she would finally get some privacy.
"Right time to read Science Weekly magazine" she says to herself.

"Hey!" Zoey says as she sits next to her.

"Guess I won't be reading then" Quinn mutters under her breath while putting the magazine back in her bag.

"How are you feeling after yours and Lola's argument?" She asks

"I feel fine, I'm just more angry with Mark right now."

"Why? What has happened?"

"He stopped me today and told me that we should get back together and when I said no he insulted me and my passion for science"

"What? He left you for Brook, he can't just come crawling back like that! What insults did he say to you?"

"He told me I was being too much of a feminist, or something along those lines, and he said I don't really care for science I'm just doing it to prove a point because I'm a girl or something..."

"That is disgusting! You are the most cleverest person at PCA! I can't believe he said that! Are you going to tell Logan?"

"I don't want to because he might get angry and try and hurt Mark, not that I would care if Mark got hurt, but I wouldn't want Logan to get in trouble and kicked out of PCA"

"I feel like you should tell him. He could comfort you in a way I can't"
After Zoey said that she gave Quinn a wink, suggesting something that Logan can do to please her.

"Oh stop it." Quinn laughs as she gives Zoey a little playful push.
