It's been awhile since I've posted and I want to say that Grayscale is likely not going to get updated anytime soon.
I truly wished to finish this fic, but I haven't had much the motivation to do so. The fic ended up having a lot more attention than I anticipated, which had me stressed about the next chapter, which wasn't what I wanted for this fic. I actually planned to write a new chapter on several occasions, but the original chapters rushed things, which I unpublished to start over on them, but I didn't have the motivation to rewrite anything. So there's my lazy bum interfering with my will to write, and as a result, Grayscale is officially on hiatus indefinitely.
I may go back to it someday, it's definitely not going to be anytime soon. I'm so sorry, but thank you for the support you've been giving me up until now. (Especially sorry to the one reader who I hyped up to look forward for the upcoming chapters as I told them I didn't plan on giving up on this fic anytime soon... sorry about that 😞)
