Remembering a friend

Sasuke

I groaned as I woke up. I remember I had fell asleep with Sakura laying on my chest and now she had her arm wrapped around my waist and was cuddled up close to me, it made me smile. Looking across from me I was surprised to see Shikamaru with Ino laying beside him with her head on his chest and her arm draped over his stomach. I rolled over to face my sleeping beauty, she looked cute with her bangs falling in front of her face. I leaned forward and placed a soft kiss on her forehead then slowly got up out of bed and pulled the blankets up over her. While everyone was sleeping I took a shower and changed, then walked outside. It was still dark due to the rain clouds, perfect weather for an imperfect day. I pulled out my phone and thought about checking on Karin and Jugo but since I would be seeing them soon anyway I chose not to.

"Why are you out here in the rain?" Came Sakura's voice. She walked up and wrapped her arms around me from behind. Smirking I turned to face her, "I didn't want to wake any of you so I came out here." I said.
"I'm sure it would have been ok. But omg!!! Shikamaru and Ino!!!!! Holy crap!!" She squealed in glee then stopped looked at me and blushed, "Sorry." I suppressed a chuckle.
"Don't be. Your being yourself, that's what I love about you." I said looking up at the grey clouds. Oddly enough I found myself wondering what my annoying blonde haired friend was doing. I pulled out my phone and began to dial his number, "Who ya calling?" Sakura asked.
I put the phone up to my ear, "Naruto. I'm going to see how everyone is doing." I replied while the phone rung.

After the fourth ring he answered, "Yo Teme! I knew you couldn't stay away!" he said.
"I'm here to ya know." Sakura said since I had him on loud speaker. "Aye Sakura-chan!! Hi!!!" He said.
She shook her head and smiled at me, "What are you up to baka?" I asked.
"I'M TRAINING WITH HINATA-CHAN TO KICK YOUR ASS IN DANCING! BELIEVE IT!!" he screamed.
"What are you doing dancing this early?" I asked. He was silent for a moment then he said, "Well I bet your a pretty good dancer so I'm training to be better then you!"
"Can you dance?" Sakura asked, giving her a smirk I shook my head playfully. "Lier!! I'm a great dancer! I was perfecting my sexy dance and it was great! So great it caused Hinata to faint!" he said causing me to sweat drop. "Naruto you didn't dance around in a speedo in front of Hinata again did you?" Sakura asked. "No of course not. I had my boxers on this time!!" He replied. Sakura face palmed, "He's probably killed that poor girl." she muttered. I agreed, she fainted seeing him in a speedo(something I may have to go to a therapists for) and now in his boxers. "Well are you going to see if she's ok?" I asked.
"Eh? No why would I do that for? Then my ramen would get cold." he said. "Naruto go check on her!!" Sakura screamed. I could hear him fall over then the sound of something falling on him, "Ahh!!!! Hot ramen!!!!" he screeched. I pushed the end call button, "That boy...." Sakura sighed along with me.
"Lets wake them up so we can get there by noon." I said walking back into the room. Sakura was about to speak when there was ringing from her bag, she walked over and pulled out a white phone. Giving me a questioning look she answered, "Hello?" her face lit up. "Yes. Thank you. Love you bye mom." she hung up. "My mom bought me a new phone and slipped it into my bag without me knowing." she said. I nodded, "Ok but before we wake them up..." she pointed her phone at the sleeping pair then a snap, snap, snap sounded from the phone. "Just incase I have to blackmail her." she said then she shook them both awake. "Ugh...five more fricken minutes!" Ino groaned then rolled over, Sakura shook Shikamaru who opened his eyes looked over and saw Ino laying beside him then he practically exploded out of the bed with more speed then I even knew the guy could muster. Sakura was laughing at Shikamaru while Ino ended up rolling off the side of the bed ungracefully. Yeah today is going to be one of those days...

Finally after Ino and Shikamaru woke up, Ino and I made our way back over to our room to shower and change then pack. While Ino took her shower there was a knock on the door, Sasuke was standing there with a grim expression. "Got a call from Jugo. Their going to go ahead and have the funeral today so we're meeting him there." I nodded kissed his cheek then said, "Ok ill let Ino know." he nodded then left.
"What's going on?" Ino asked. Shutting the door I sighed, "We're meeting Sasuke's friend at their friends funeral." I said.
"So it'd be smart to wear black now?" she asked. I nodded she shook her head, "I'll be back. My turn to shower." I said.
