Harry creeped down the stairs to the common room, (Y/N) following behind him. No one was in the common room since it was late and everyone was asleep.

"Sirius?" Harry asked

He walked towards one of the couches, picking up newspaper that had his face on the front. (Y/N) peeked over his shoulder to read what it wrote.

Harry Potter, age 12 suspect entrant in the Triwizard Tournament. His eyes swimming with the ghosts of his past...

Before (Y/N) could read the rest, Harry crumpled the paper and threw it into the fire. (Y/N) gave him a soft smile, calming him slightly.

Suddenly they heard the fire hiss. They leaned closer to it. A face appeared in the fire and a gasp was heard.

"Sirius. How?" Harry questioned

"I don't have much time, so let me get straight to it. Did you or did you not put your name into the Goblet of Fire?" Sirius whispered

"No!" Harry exclaimed

"Shh." (Y/N) and Sirius hushed him

"I had to ask. Now, tell me about this dream of yours. You mentioned Wormtail and Voldemort. But who was the third man in the room?" Sirius asked

"I don't know." Harry replied, kneeling in front of the fire.

"You didn't hear a name?"

"No. Voldemort was giving him a job to do. Something important." Harry told him

"And what was that?"

Harry breathed shakily, "he wanted me. I don't know why. But he was gonna use this man to get to me. But, I mean, it was only a dream, right?"

"Yes. It's just a dream. Look, Harry. The Death Eaters at the World Cup, your name rising from that goblet these are not just coincidences. Hogwarts isn't safe anymore." Sirius said

"What are you saying?"

"I'm saying the devils are inside the walls. Igor Karkaroff? He was a Death Eater. And no one, no one stops being a Death Eater. Then there's Barry Crouch. Heart of stone. Sent his own son to Azkaban."

The sound of a door opening in the distance was heard. (Y/N) kept her eyes on the stairs while Harry turned back to face Sirius.

"Do you think one of them put my name in the goblet?" Harry asked

"I haven't a clue who put your name in that goblet, Harry, but whoever did is no friend to you. People die in this tournament."

"I'm not ready for this, Sirius." Harry said

"You don't have a choice."

Footsteps were heard in the distance.

"Someone's coming." (Y/N) said

"Keep your friends close, Harry." Sirius said

Ron appeared from the staircase.

"Who were you talking to?" He asked, completely ignoring the fact that (Y/N) was there.

"What? Who says I was taking to anyone?" Harry replied

(Y/N) stood there with a frown on her face and her arms crossed. She hated when they argued, she was also mad at the fact that the argument could've easily been avoided if Harry had just said he was talking to her.

"I heard voices." Ron sighed

"Maybe you're imagining things. Wouldn't be the first time."

"You're probably just practicing for your next interview, I expect." Ron made his way back up the stairs.

Harry walked back over to the fireplace but Sirius was gone.

"Harry." (Y/N) said

He turned to her, only to get smacked in the head.

"What was that for?!" He whisper yelled

"That was for arguing with Ron."

"But he started it, and he's the one being annoying." Harry mumbled

"I don't care if he's the one who started it, you still argued with him. And he's not being annoying if you look at it from his point of view." She told him

"Are you siding with him?" Harry frowned

"No. I'm not siding with either of you." She stated

Harry looked down, he was a bit disappointed that she wasn't siding with him but then again Ron is one of her best friends and he means a lot to her so she understood why she wasn't siding with either of them.

"Anyway, you, Neville and I are spending tomorrow together. Nev told me he wanted to show us some plants around the Black Lake." She grinned

Harry looked up, "why do I have to go?" He asked

"Because Neville looks up to you and you're friends. Plus I'm going to be there and you need to relax a bit, you're so stressed all the time."

Harry sighed

"I'm going back to my dorm now," she walked towards the staircase.

Before she could go, Harry grabbed her arm. The look in his eyes was different. She could tell just by the look in his eyes that he was overwhelmed with everything that was going on and didn't want to be alone for the time being.

"Stay... please." He whispered

(Y/N) smiled, turning to face him. She ruffled his hair before walking over to one of the couches and sitting on it.

Harry blushed before sitting next to her.

"So... how does it feel to be 12 and have your eyes swimming with the ghosts of your pasts?" She asked, chuckling softly.

"Stop it's not funny." He said before laughing softly

Silence filled the air for a bit.

"(Y/N)..." Harry said

"Hm?"

"I hate it. I hate stressing all the time. I hate the attention, I hate the fact that I have to participate in the tournament even though I don't want to, I hate having dreams of Voldemort, I hate stressing all the time. I hate it all." He sighed

"I know, Harry. But you'll be okay, because you're the bravest person I know. And you'll always have Hermione, Ron and I by your side." She muttered, resting her head on his shoulder

"I feel like you're always there for me but I can never comfort you." Harry said

"You being safe and happy comforts me." She whispered

Harry nodded, smiling. He noticed her eyes were closed, realising she had fallen asleep. He rested his head on top of hers, slowly drifting off to sleep.

Sorry for not updating, I've been busy with school and personal stuff but I should be update once or twice a week.
