For a few weeks, it was like that. They'd go to school together and Louis would need a ride if Harry had a game. They ate dinner at Harry's house and usually slept over there. It was the last week of November, and Louis was excited. It was the game before the playoffs, and the whole day Harry and Louis were getting along like best friends. To the unsuspecting eye, it might have looked like more.

Zayn took Louis home that day, and he immediately called his store to see if he could take off the day. They said yes, since he hadn't missed a day in so long. He changed into something more comfortable than Harry's clothes, but kept on the dusty blue hoodie. He rarely took it off these days.

He then left to go to a drugstore to get a little green disposable camera, and gave them his old one.

He watched the sunset and took a picture, leaving to go back to the school to watch Harry play.

The game had just started, and Harry was starting. Louis was next to Zayn on the bleachers, both of them rubbing their hands together to keep warm.

They were playing a really good team, said Harry, so they were worried they'd lose.

Louis watched Harry run around the pitch, taking control most of the time and guiding the whole team. "Liam said he's the captain." Zayn leaned into Louis as he spoke. "Now I see why."

Louis nodded, agreeing.

Harry stopped running for a second while Niall had the ball and was taking it to their goal to score. He put his hands on his knees and took a breather, but Louis noticed when he started again that he looked rather tired. They had barely started.

But Niall took a shot, and Liam helped it in. The whole team whooped and the stands went wild.

Just as they started again, someone passed Harry the ball. He took it and went in the direction to score. The other team's defense set after him, trying to prevent another point.

Louis bounced his leg with anticipation and Harry ran around, struggling to keep the ball to himself. Louis understood their worry about losing.

The guest team got the ball. They kicked it around and got it to the other side of the field, preparing for a shot. Harry wasn't even close to block it, which he said he was really good at. Louis watched as he ran with all of his might to get over there and next to Stan so they could block, but as soon as he stopped, he fell to the ground.

Louis shot up. "Is he okay?" He quickly asked Zayn, every bone in his body freezing up. The only thing he could resort to was that Harry didn't have enough energy in him.

The whole team surrounded him and a few opposing team members.

Louis strained his eyes to see through. Harry was lying on the grass, eyes shut. His chest was heaving, but other than that he wasn't moving.
