The Crystal Academy: Winter

Ada don't be too excited, remember your goal you have to find your sister.

She reminded herself as she entered the building which was supposed to be her home for next five years.

"Excuse me? " Ada was again stopped by an elderly women, she might be the care taker there, she was tall almost 5'9 and slim, exceptionally beautiful with grey eyes and mahogany hair, which she had tied in a tight knot atop her head

"Do you belong here? " she asked haughtily

Ada just thrusted her hand forward which was clutching her admission confirmation.

The lady quickly scanned the sheet, and then looked at Ada from top to bottom

Alright so, she had worn a plain white shirt underneath a blue dangrees, black boots, red beanie, round black specks, and had kept her hair messy, and had put make-up haphazardly, but did they really have to stare at her like this?
As if she was way beneath them

"My name is Greta dear, I am the one who takes care of this dorm, if you want to fit in and not be picked on, please get a makeover" she said in a no nonsense tone

She gave the letter back to Ada

"Wait here"

She disappeared somewhere

Ada took this opportunity to scan her surroundings, the inside was grander than the outside, the floor was pure wood, there were lamps lightning the hallway right from the entrance, the floor to ceiling windows, were decorated with embroidered curtains, there were sofas near the windows, providing a good place to study, at the far end there was a fire place where fire was cackling, it provided warmth from the cold weather

There were many door connecting to the hallway, may be they led to different rooms

"Here's your key" Mrs. Greta came back, holding a key which looked almost 100 years old

"Is it always so peaceful here? " Ada was curious, it looked so serene

Mrs. Greta just chuckled as she left

Alright Ada! Time to see your room

Another thing about Crystal Academy was that ,it admitted only 33 students every year and they all had their own rooms, as sharing was too much for the elite students who studied here.

Her room was on the 11th floor , the top floor, as each floor had only 3 rooms

As Ada pushed open the huge door of her room, she was shocked by the sheer size of it.

The room was divided into three parts.first was the living room, which had a huge fire place at the centre, there was a comfy, plus beige sofa facing the fire place, an armchair of the same color

"Wow!"

Ada removed her boots and kicked them on the side.

As she stepped forward, her feet sank into the softest carpet she had ever felt

"This feels like a dream"

She went into the first door through the living room, there was a study, which had many books covering various shelfs. A study table, a chair, and two small chairs

"No wonder people strive to get admission here"

She opened a book and inhaled deeply. Ada loved the smell of books

She then went through the second door, there it was the dream bed, it had a huge king sized bed, and a very fluffy comfy looking blanket.

She then ventured in the bathroom, it had a huge bath tub

"My God! " Ada could not control her excitement looking at it

She quickly undressed and sat in the tub ,to have a warm bath. She then quickly dressed in her shorts and tshirt, before she went to bed, the day had finally tired her out

I have to admit, this is soo worth all the tolling for exams, no wonder they are not allowed to use phone for anything else then academy purpose, the beauty of this place, the mystery surrounding it, makes it all the more desirable , was her last thought before she slept.

Knock! Knock! knock!

Who the hell was knocking on her door?was it her mom? wait a second, how can it be her mom she was in crystal academy .

Ada woke up with a start

"Coming! " she quickly wore her beanie and spectacles

The knocking persisted

"Where is the fire? " Ada shouted as she opened the door, one thing Ada despised was being woken in the morning! And with lound noises no less

In front of her stood two girls, they were both exceptionally pretty and tall, one of them had beautiful green eyes and straight blonde hair, while the other had green eyes and straight black hair , they were easily towering over Ada, without the benefit of heels, which they were wearing anyways.

"Here! " and she was drenched with water
