"We are sorry! " they looked contrite

As Ada glared at them, she was sitting on the floor near the fire place of her living room, covered in blanket, shivering from cold, afterall she was drenched with cold water in the winter no less

"We are truly sorry" The black beauty piped up

"Who are you'll? " Ada spoke as her teeth stopped chattering after good 15 minutes

"She can speak! " The Blond girl awed looking at the black beauty
"Oh thank god! We thought you were mute"

What is wrong with these two? Ada was very skeptical, looking at their angelic faces, they looked as if they would cry if they mistakenly stepped on an ant, but they had drenched her in water , cold water,  in winter!

"I can speak, now why did you do this!? And who are you? "Ada was pissed now, seriously who were they

"We have angered it! " they whispered

Did they just call her, "it"?

"excuse me? " Ada was flabbergasted by their audacity

"oh shit! She can hear us" the black beauty said while looking at Ada suspiciously

"My god! Do you think I am deaf?, of course I can hear you, and just to be extra clear, I can see you too" Ada was tired, seriously did they think her sensory organs did not work!?

They both laughed

Great soo now they were laughing too

"Alright, alright sweetie, stop glaring at us, we were just curious about you" They stopped laughing

"about what? " Ada was very uninteresting in general and she wanted to remain soo, she did not want anyone to take interest in her, that will not be conducive to her goal.

"We heard, they admitted a human this year, a super smart human, no less" the black beauty informed

Human? What were they? Ghosts? Wolves? Vampire?

"What are you talking about? " she was confused

"Did she not know? " The blonde girl again whispered to the black beauty

"What? What do I not know? "

"She can hear us, but! " the black beauty whispered back

"What the hell!?Will you guys tell me what are you'll talking about?"

"I am Dana" the blonde girl said

"I am Diana" the black beauty said "We are twins"

But they did not look similiar at all

She looked from one to other

"We are not identical! "Dana said

"I don't know why everyone does this! Ones we tell them we are twins, they start looking at us as if we will sprout each others features, soo annoying " Diana was annoyed

"I am sorry! "

"Its okay sweetie " Diana said looking at Ada gently, did they think she was a child?

"you might be having lots of knowledge right! You are smart and the only human to get admission here" Dana said

Ada had no idea why they kept referring to her as human? She was human alright, but soo were they, were they some kind ghost or goblin?

"Why do you keep referring to me as human? What are you? And most importantly why was I drenched early in the morning? "

"Umm sorry, but that is the ritual, since we were the first one to arrive, we had to do this, we have to welcome a human this way, it is the whole hierachy thing" Diana explained with lots of hand gestures

Again human, who the hell were they?

"Again human? Who are you then? Ghost? Goblin? Vampire? And what are you talking about hierachy? " Ada was confused, she knew the academy was mysterious, but this was on another level

"eww! Please not! We are none of that" Dana was scandalized , while Diana was grossed out

What the hell was wrong with them, Ada always thought it would be really cool to meet one of those, but may be not.

"We are Swans! " they said with pride

"Pardon"
