Chapter 33 - A Misplaced Hunger, Part 2

The Archman leans into Eira once again, both of them instinctively shutting their eyes as the space between them slowly closes into nothing. The Archman places his lips upon Eira's with a firm softness. The moment of initial contact seems to freeze in time, burning itself deep into the memories of them both.

There is a crackling of energy between the two of them as they both lean further into the kiss.

It takes Eira a moment to recuperate from the whiplash of experiences that she'd just gone through.

Just a few seconds ago she was genuinely fearing for her life, and now she felt more alive than she ever knew possible. It was like the Archman's lips had a magical quality to them.

Eira had only ever used a kiss as a polite greeting with a close relative or as a sign of affection towards her parents, and it never trespassed anywhere outside their cheek. It hadn't occurred to Eira that the simple gesture could be so inherently erotic. It sent shivers of bliss throughout her whole body, warming her from the inside out.

The Archman takes hold of Eira's chin once again, tilting her face upwards slightly to give him greater access to her lips. From this tight proximity, Eira can easily pick up on the Archman's natural aroma. It has a rich, primordial quality to it which Eira can't compare to any other scent she knows of. It is such a simple stimulus, but it affects Eira in ways that she can't describe.

A soft lilt of delight escapes out of Eira's mouth between pecks, being cut off every so often as the Archman quickly re-establishes contact between the two of them. As if to offer a response to her light moan, a faint growl of elation breaks free of the Archman's lips. While there are no words spoken between them, they understand one another completely, as they communicate in the oldest, most universal language known to humankind.

Just when Eira thought she was acclimating herself to the Archman's exhilarating kisses, he takes the interaction one level higher, sliding his tongue into Eira's mouth with a presumptive invitation.

Eira jolts slightly from the sudden connection.

She always assumed there was only enough room in her mouth for her own tongue, but the Archman clearly proved her wrong. She was now well outside her realm of familiarity where kissing was concerned. In spite of that, she could easily acquaint herself with this new form of physical engagement. It made her heart race with a kind of excitement that would be impossible to recreate in any other circumstance.

The Archman's body takes an unconscious cue from his lips and moves closer to Eira, pressing his chest and midriff upon her. By using his large frame to pin her to the wall, his hands are given liberty to explore. He places a palm on the left side of Eira's torso, his fingers slowly closing onto her body. He starts with a light touch at first, but it quickly grows in its firmness as he caresses the side of her body, down to her waist.

Eira's back arches reflexively from the Archman's touch. It sends sparks of ecstasy all throughout her, which slowly starts collecting in her lower abdomen. It feels like a fire is being ignited inside her stomach, the flames of which crack and spurt as the Archman drags his fingers across her and kisses her with a consuming passion.

It is such an intense sensation, she isn't sure how much longer she'll be able to withstand it. At the same time, she doesn't want the feeling to come to an end. It keeps growing and developing into something new as the Archman touches her just a little harder and kisses her just a little more vigorously.

Eira slowly slides her hands up the Archman's back, pulling him in closer to her. She isn't sure if it is an appropriate action to take, but given that the Archman acquainted their tongues without hesitation, this much would certainly be acceptable. The Archman reciprocates the action by placing his hand on the small of Eira's back, pulling her in towards him so they are even closer.
