Brooke stood in her room and looked as nick walked in "no one is in it's just us" he said as she nodded. She stood changing as he looked to her

"you have seen it all before. You don't need to worry. Look we need to talk. We need to talk over is. I know what we have and it's great but we both know it's a mess. We can't keep on doing this. She's my mum and we're having an affair. We can't keep doing this, we can't keep doing this. I want to tell my mum" Brooke said as nick looked to her and smiled

"i know it's a mess but we can't. She will kick off and she won't understand. She won't understand what we have and we have to try and make it work. We can't come out" nick said as she looked to him and sighed as she ran her hands through her hair and looked to him "then what are we meant to do nick. Keep this secret forever" Brooke said as she looked to him. He looked to her and sighed

"I know it's a mess but we will sort it we just have to wait" he said as she looked to him and sighed knowing it was a mess

Esme walked into the flat and frowned as she saw Brooke and looked to her and frowned

"are you okay" esme asked as Brooke looked to her sister

"I'm fine it's just one of those days" Brooke said as she looked to her and smiled

"I know. Look I know that there is thinks going on with you but I am here and it's all going to be okay I am your sister and you and me are sister and we will be okay" esme said as Brooke smiled.

Brooke knew she had been distant with her family and she knew it was hard but she knew that she didn't want her family to know over her and nick and Brooke knew just how everything seemed to be a mess and she hated it

"I just hate how everything is a mess" Brooke said as esme smiled

"I know but it's okay, you will be okay, look whatever is going it is going to be okay and you don't need to tell me I am your sister and you just need to know I am here for you and I am going to look after you no matter what" esme said as Brooke smiled.

Brooke knew just how bad that she felt over the affair with nick and she didn't know how much more she could take of it

Brooke answered the door to the flat and smiled as she saw nick. He pulled her outside and smiled

"I know at things are hard but it's going to be okay as I want us to try, I want us to be together but we have to do this slowly as Carla will be hurt. I got you this" he said as he handed her a box as she opened it and frowned

"diamond necklace, you don't need to" she said as he looked to her and smiled as he placed a hand on her cheek and smiled

"I'll do anything for you , and this it is going to be okay I promise" he said as he leant in and kissed her unaware of just how complicated things were about to become
