Ch.Eight

Brooke lay in bed next to nick as he slept next to her. She stood up and sighed vas she walked over to the mirror as she looked to see how rotten that she seemed to look.

She knew that she hadn't got much sleep and she knew that she had spent the night in bed with nick. Brooke knew that it was officially different with her and nick now that they had both admitted that they had feelings for each other.

Brooke had no idea what it meant especially when she knew that it was going to kill Carla. She knew Carla hadn't always been there for her but she knew that she loved her mum and the last thing that she wanted was to hurt her.

Brooke smirked as she felt a pair of arms wrap around her waist and pulled her close

"come back to bed" he said as he kissed her neck as she turned to face him and smirked as she wrapped her arms around his neck

"did you not get enough last night" she asked as he leant in and kissed her

"no, I didn't. You know I can't resist you" he said as she smirked. She heard a knock at her bedroom door and looked to nick and paled as he hide under the bed.

She walked to the door and smiled as she Saw Carla

"have you seen nick?" Carla asked

"no, he might of left early for work" Brooke said

"maybe I don't think he came home last night" Carla said

"I'm sure he did" Brooke said starting to feel more guilty over what they had done

Brooke sat on the cafe and smiled as Isla and esme came in. Isla ran over to her and smiled

"hi munchkin" Brooke said as she pulled her close and hugged her as esme looked to her and smiled "

do you want a milkshake?" Esme asked as Brooke looked to her and smiled

"sure" Brooke said as esme ordered her one before she sat opposite her

"I know we aren't as close as we should be but you are still my sister and I love you and I am here for you, I am not going to let you down. If there is anything you want to talk about I am here" esme said as Brooke looked to her and smiled

"I know. But there is nothing to tell I am fine and you don't need to worry over me" Brooke said as esme smiled.

Esme knew that she knew Brooke well enough to know when she was hiding something and esme knew that it must be something big to not tell anyone and she only hoped that Brooke wasn't in any kind of trouble

Brooke sighed to herself as she walked back into the flat and smiled as she saw Carla who was crying

"mum, are you okay?" Brooke asked as Carla wiped the tears from her eyes and smiled as she looked to Brooke

"it's nothing for you to worry over baby, nick and I just had a fight" Carla said as Brooke sat on the sofa next to her and smiled

"do you want to talk over it?" Brooke asked as Carla looked to her and sighed

"not really, nick is sleeping with someone else and when I find out who she is I am going to kill her" Carla said as Brooke looked to her and paled Knowing it was only so long before the truth came out and she wasn't prepared for everyone to hate her especially Carla
