Ch.eighteen

Brooke lay in bed. She knew how everything was getting to her and she hated it. Brooke placed a hand on her bump and sighed as she picked up her and phone as she saw all the missed calls

She looked as the door opened as esme walked in "what happened" Brooke asked as she saw the look on her sisters face

"It's mum..she's in the hospital. She lost the baby" esme said as Brooke frowned. She placed a hand on her bump feeling scared. She was scared as it made her realise just how much she wanted her baby and how much her baby meant to her

"Is she okay"

"No she's at the hospital. She wants to see you come on I'll take you" esme said as Brooke looked to her sister and nodded

She stood from the bed and started to get dressed as she realised how much her bump had popped out and smiled

"Your baby will be okay. You don't need to worry" esme said as she stood in the doorway as Brooke smiled

"It's a girl" Brooke said as esme walked over to her and hugged her

Brooke got to the hospital as she saw nick. The two of them held a look as she looked to him and smiled

"Are you okay" she asked as he nodded.

He could see the guilty look on his face and she knew that it was to do with them and the fact Carla had lost her baby.

Brooke walked into the film as she saw Carla. She looked to see how numb they she was and she could see that she had been crying

"Mum are you okay" Brooke asked as she sat down. Carla took a hold of her hand tightly and smiled

She could see how much Carla had been crying "I'm a crap mum aren't I" Carla said as Brooke frowned

"No your the best"

"I'm not I let you down and I've let Esme down In the past. This is why my baby is gone. She chose to opt out. Just pressed the eject button, you know and I don't blame her. Who's want me as a mum" Carla sobbed as Brooke felt her heart break as she looked to her

"I do.  Your my mum and i love you. I couldnt ask for a better mum and ypur not alone i promise" Brooke said as she sat next to her on the bed and pulled her into a hug as she sobbed

Brooke got home and sighed. She knew that she couldn't do it anymore

Brooke couldn't deal with it. The guilt was getting too much for her and she hated it. Brooke looked as nick walked into the flat and looked to her

"Don't nick I don't know how much more of this I can take. We are being punished for what we did. Don't you see it" Brooke said

"Don't think like that. We haven't done it right but we fell in love" he said as she looked to him and sobbed.

She walked over to him and kissed him passionately as the tears rolled her eyes "and I do love you more than anything but my mum lost my baby and o can't do it anymore. We're done" Brooke sobbed as she walked off

Brooke knew that her guilt was getting to her and how it was too much but was this really the end of them?
