As soon as Vern had said DEAD BODY, it caught our attention right away. At first we all thought he was cracked, but then we really took a look at him and realized how serious he was. He told us the story about how he was under the porch looking for his jar of dimes, I'll explain later, when his brother and his friend, both members of the Cobras (the most badass high school gang in town) were talking about how they had both discovered the dead body of Gabriel Jower on the side off the train tracks. Since they had boosted a car, they couldn't go squakin to the cops. Anyways, Gabriel Jower was a 12 year old who had gone blueberry picking 3 days before and had never returned home. We kind of thought it was weird when we were all so excited to go on the adventure of our lives but Vern wasn't even sure at first, and then we realized what a big pussy he was. Now I know it's kind of random to mention that but, Vern was such a pussy that I feel like it was necessary😂 Anyways, back to the story, when Vern finally agreed to going, I knew that Teddy couldn't be happier, I mean you should have seen him, his smiled really made me happy. I know it was kind of "BAD" to be attracted to my boyfriend's friend, but I couldn't help myself, he was just so freaking cute. At that moment, I felt like maybe Cris and I weren't meant to be together. I also realized that I really had feelings for Teddy Duchamp, and it was bad. I just didn't want to be that girl who gets in between a guy's relationship.
