The Next day

Lillie woke up and went down,breakfast was on the table ready. Nekomata went to the gym to coach the team early to get ready. Lillie ate and did her morning routine.
She put on a cute outfit and went downstairs. Ukai was there outside smoking his cigarette like always. She ran to him.
"How did you get here?" She ask him. Ukai look at her and jump back a bit.
"I- I was waiting for you since you might need some escort and assistant" replied Ukai. They both went to gymnasium where everyone was. She went to Naoi and hug him. He hug her back and pick her up and spin her around.
"She's not a kid" Ukai told him, Naoi stop and look at him.
"She acts like one and plus I don't have a daughter" replying.
"It's because your single and never had a lover" Ukai said and laugh. Naoi put her down and patted her.
"Lets go and buy some food!" She told him and he smiled. Jiuniang came with Shimada and open the gym door.
Nekomata saw her and tap Naoi on the shoulder. Naoi saw her also and pick her up.
"Did Shimada take good care of you?" Naoi ask her. She nodded and Shimada left. Jiuniang git down and grab one of the volleyballs and ran to Asahi. He didn't see her because he was busy practicing. Jiuniang pulled his clothes,he felt it and look down. Jiuniang showed him the volleyball and waited for him. He smiled and took it and threw it at her. She catch it. They were playing catch with a volleyball since she had nothing else to do.

After playing..
It was windy when they were done. Jiuniang short was short and she needed to not let it go up. It went up and they all saw it. Ukai hit all of them and removed his sweater and put it around her and pick her up.
"She's still a child,respect her at least" he told them and went back to his room with her. Lillie was eating at a restaurant with Naoi and she fell asleep on him. Naoi carried her to Nekomata place and out her in bed and tuck her in. He put on "Wake Me Up When September End" By Green Day and left her. Feng Hao watch and smiled. He yawned and went to bed since it was night.
His mother came and check up on him. She smiled and close his door and left. Ukai did his routine and was in bed. Jiuniang was in her pjs and did her routine and went to Ukai's bed and slept beside him,since she didn't have a bed. Jiuniang fell asleep and Ukai did too. Lillie woke up and saw the night sky through the window.

The next day

Lillie woke up and look at her phone. The song was still playing while she was asleep since it was on loop.
"It's September 28..2 more days till it's over. And then it's October..time flies so fast that I don't even know when I will wait for Feng Hao" she said and laid back down. Feng Hao woke up and saw on his calendar that it was the 28th. Time flies fast like a volleyball when it gets hit.
Two people far away but can't see each other. But can only hope for the best.
She stopped it and went down and saw Nekomata on the couch watching TV since it's too early to coach. Lillie sat down  and ate.
Jiuniang woke up and took a shower and did her routine.
She went to Keishin and ask him for help with her cape. He put it around her and tied it. She put in the hood and waited for him. Ukai grab a flower and put at the side of her hair and pick her up and left to eat at the cafeteria.

Jiuniang finish eating out if everyone and took some of Asahi's snack on the side. Asahi smiled and continued eating. Ukai was watching Jiuniang and ate his.
Lillie was there and ate too.
"I won't be here because I need to take Jiuniang shopping since she's been begging me" Ukai told the team. They all nodded.
"So Takeda be in charge" And left with Jiuniang. Everyone was training and practicing.
"I want to be treated like a kid again" Lillie said and Naoi heard her.
"Your too old and plus your personality is like a kid sometimes." Lillie smiled and hug him tight. Naoi and her father were good friends. Lillie sees him as her best friend and buddy. He taught Volleyball,math and more. But when her parents died,Naoi didn't take her in and took care of her because he needed to stay with Coach Nekomata to watch. Feng Hao wanted too but he was just too busy. It's always busy,busy,busy everyday. Never gotten to spend time with her that much unlike before.

Lillie continued watching at the side with Coach Nekomata and Naoi. The two teams were doing their practice without Ukai with them.

After their two practices Ukai came back with Jiuniang asleep. Asahi ran to them and took Jiuniang and carried her around to give him a break.
"So how's everything while I was gone?" Ukai ask Takeda.
"It went well" he replied and watch the team with him. Jiuniang woke up and look around for Ukai or Shimada.
"Naoi...?" She ask him he look at her.
"Wheres Ukai or Shimada?.." Naoi look at her and took her to Ukai. Ukai look at her and patted her head.
"Do you need anything?" He ask. Jiuniang hug him and wrap her little arms around his neck and went to sleep.
