Mean girls

-LILLY'S POV-

Lilly looked at Ariel as she ate. She wanted to leave so badly. She hated this place. She wanted to burn it down till it was ashes.

"Well look it here. If it isn't Ariel. Hanging out with the losers I see?" A girl taunted, coming towards our table with a group of girls and a few boys behind her.

"At least we're not hanging out with the hoes and Bitches" Ariel retorted. I felt myself snicker under my breath, I couldn't help it.

The groups turns to me with a glare. "You think that's funny?!" The girl squealed in anger. I rolled my eyes. She picked up Thomas's Chocolate milk and squeezed it all along my white blouse.

I gasp at coldness and Mess it created on my shirt. Then my white blouse started going see through, I had nothing under this.

A few whistles and cheers erupted from the crowds in the cafeteria and Thomas took of his sweater and gave it to Dylan who put it around my exposed area.

In meaning, he touched it. I didn't blush like I normally did because I was already flustered because my chest basically exposed to the cafeteria.

"What was that for?!" Thomas yelled. The girl chuckled along with her minions. "Because it was funny" the girls chuckle turned into girly pig snorts.

"And maybe her rude friend can join her" the girl 'sassed' and squeezed the rest of the milk on Ariel.

Ariel kept a straight face glaring at the girl as the milk didn't stain. Just dropped to the floor.

"You have a lot of nerve doing that" Ariel glared. She lifted up her leg and stomped on the girls foot with her heel.

Her very very, pointy heel boots.

The girl screamed out in pain and rushed off with her friends. Dylan stopped holding the Sweater to my chest when he got a look from Thomas.

Dylan walked over the table and gave newt his own jacket. I felt jealousy rumble in my stomach but I pushed it down.

A boy came up to me and handed a wet cloth. I smiled up at him. "I'm Liam. Take this it'll help" he told me. Me being blinded by my own jealousy for Dylan, I wiped the wet cloth on my blouse, only to realize it was making it worse.

Liam looked at it and I whacked him in the face with the cloth. Everyone stopped what they were doing. "Stay out my face you dirty pig" I growled.

I stormed off, covering my chest. I was happy for Dylan and Thomas, I really was. But he forgot about my outside and really wanted to know the inside.

I guess we were just ment to be friends.

"Lilly wait! Lilly!" I heard Ariel yell. I made a sharp turn to the girls toilets and locked myself in a cubicle.

"I know your in here Lils. Don't hide from me. Once you come out we can go straight back to The compound" I ignored her.

I heard her sigh and she slid under my cubicle door. I looked up from my knees and she smiled sadly at me.

"Don't give me that stupid smile. I hate it" I mumbled. She sat down against the toilet door and put a hand on my knee.

"I'm so about lacey. She's been bugging my morning" Ariel explained. "Don't let her get to you. Your the Violet Widow"

"That's the think Ariel. I'm weak. I can take down a whole country in just one day but I can't go to school for 3 hours without be harassed!" I said. Tears flowed but I wiped them away.

I didn't what to seem weak in front of Ariel. She might abandoned me because I can't do a simple task like this.

"Hey, hey. Don't say that. School is hard ok? We'll get through it together ok? You and me against the world man" I smiled a little and held her hand.

She smiled and took of her leathers jacket, wiping it off then putting it around my shoulders. She zipped it up and smiled at me.

I then noticed something on her arm. "What's that on your arm?" I asked. She looked at it and pulled down her sleeve rapidly.

"Ariel, is there something your not telling me?" I asked. She looked down. I lifted up the sleeve to see a massive cut running down her shoulder to her elbow.

"Who...?" I trailed off. "Hydra. I may have been their for a few hours but they sure do know how to hit" Ariel chuckled lightly. I didn't laugh.

She sighs. "Why did they want you?" I asked her. I inspected the wound.

"The wanted to know where Yelena was"

We stopped outside of avengers Compound. I got out of the car with everyone else. "Bye grumpy" I say. "It's happy" Thomas corrects me.

"He doesn't seem happy" I sassed. Ariel grabbed my arm and we both hauled each other tot he living room of the compound.

"So how was your first day?" Steve asked Fatherly like. Lilly glared at him. "I got milk thrown at me and my glasses were stolen and Ariel has made multiple enemies, how is your day going?" I answered.

The avengers looked at each other. I stormed off. I heard steps after me so I flopped down on the stairs.

"You want a hug?" Dylan asked. I looked at him and shook my head. "I don't need hugs" I answered.

He smiled and wrapped his arms around my body. I didn't hug back, but I leaned on to his shoulder.

Third Person

Unknown to the hugging couple, two people stood in the hallway. "He likes her" Thomas whispered to Ariel. She sighed.

"I know. And I don't know what to think. Should I be happy for them? Or should I protect Lilly?" Ariel asked. Thomas sallowed his words a little.

"You do you Ariel. But all I know is that I'm losing my boyfriend, but I don't even care"
