"(Y/N), do you supposed we have time to see your attic?"
Rodney became curious to know about what he found in the photo album. "Of course we do!" You replied. "But first, I feel like I should show you this." You went into your closet and bought out the unicorn sweater that you were forced not to get rid of.
"Behold, the ghost of the holidays past!"
You could see Rodney was looking speechless. "Seriously, this was such an embarrassing time for me!"
"(Y/N), it's ----- precious!" Rodney replied. "Oh really? Why, thank you!" You replied. From there, you went back into your closet you find other memories.
In there, you could see that you still had the dress you wore on your 18th birthday.
Rodney couldn't believe what you still kept all these years. "Ahh the great memories of fashion!" You said. "I'm pretty sure there is a lot more in the attic."
"Could we go up there?" asked Rodney.
"Absolutely!" You replied. The attic in your house just had simple stairs instead of a tricky ladder. You turned on the light to reveal many boxes of past items on the shelf. Rodney just glanced around.
You were able to find a few of your old companion toys that Rodney saw in the photo album. From there you found your first school lunchbox and thermal that came with it.
From there you found the old music box your grandma got for you on your 5th birthday.
Rodney was amazing on its beauty and the music it made.
You looked around some more and found your old cassette player. You were not too surprised you have found your old soccer team shirt.
A memory came to your mind when you were always determined to be the one to score a goal on your team. You did a few times.
Even your old cap and gown from graduation was up in the attic.
You were surprised to find the tiara you had on your sweet 16.
The portrait you made in your high school art class was up there too cause nobody could find a place to hang it just yet. Rodney was impressed by the beauty of it! You even found the old cheerleader uniform. Finally you found the doll of great memories and had a very good reason not to give her away.
"You are so lucky, (Y/N)!" Rodney told you. "My parents couldn't afford a lot for me when I was young."
You completely understood what Rodney was talking about. But it came to be that time you head back downstairs to get ready for bed. You and Rodney did not want to keep the jet waiting tomorrow.
