The very next day, you and Rodney were back at work with new ideas to work together on. But right in the middle of it, Bigweld came into the room with exciting news.
"Hello, you two! I've planned a welcome back party for you but when Drillzer hit the seen it was moved to what I will say is tonight. This is also for a congratulations on saving the city once again! And there's a special surprise for (Y/N)."
You and Rodney looked at each and were in for it. While looking around feeling the excitement, you looked at todays paper showing a cover that Drillzer had been found and arrested. He was now in prison with Ratchet.

Once you and Rodney got home, you immediately went around to get ready for tonight. The first thing you did was change into your dressing robe, place a turban towel on your head and lay on the bed with cucumbers on your eyes. Rodney looked at you while doing so but he still knew better not to distract you.
Then you got up to mess with your hair and makeup. You chose to give it some curls! When going into the closet to find what to wear, you found something in the closet you have not noticed in there before. It was a shiny gold floor length gown on a mannequin with a necklace matched! It immediacy gave you the decision that it would be what you will wear tonight.
From there, you looked in your shoe collection rack and found the perfect pair that would match as well as more jewelry bits from the drawers. The last thing you found to top it off was a pink faux fur boa.
You took one last check in the mirror and noticed how glamorous you looked. "(Y/N), it's time!" Rodney called. That was great because you were all ready. His jaw dropped when he noticed how pretty you looked once again. The two of you locked arms as you walked to the elevator and down you went.

A limo was out waiting for you. It looked very fit for a star, with the beverage bar and flat screen TV. Since this was designed for the new human and robot couple, there were some special fruit drinks for you in there. You really did feel like a total superstar in the robot world. It was better than the one's you took to prom, mainly because you were with someone you actually loved.
You arrived at Bigweld's place and he was waiting to escort the two of you in. "Welcome lovely couple!" He said. "I knew you'd find the surprise (Y/N)!"
"You mean this dress is what you had as my surprise?" You asked.
"Oh yes and don't you look beautiful!"
You blushed and you could even tell that Rodney would've been blushing too. Everybody was there at the banquet and even Fender managed to bring Loretta with him. Cappy was there too amazed by your formal beauty.
For this event, you and Rodney sat beside each and for tonights supper, you got something fancy for your appetite. Chicken a la king perfectly done in a puffy pastry. Everyone else stuck with bolts, nuts and grease.
You wondered how all this human food got here without any farming. Is that time of history where food is developed from tiny atoms? Maybe there is an old replicator in here like in the Star Trek series. "At least I don't have to worry about tortured animals, pollution, amount of time harvesting or disgusting plant droughts!" You thought.
Rodney reached underneath the table and touched your hand making you blush again. When everyone noticed, it was time a toast was made. "To the robot/human couple!" Mr. Bigweld announced before everyone raised their glass.
Everybody wanted to know about your honeymoon. "We had the best of all times." You said. "And we both even thought some of you would like to come on our next trip." Everybody was excited and up for it! Though you and Rodney needed time to work on inventions and spend time together in your home.
