Not Like You Would Care

This feeling of emptiness mixed with the stress of being yelled at by your higher ups and the guilt of letting your people down shook within (Y/N)'s head as she laid on the floor. The tears stopped long ago to leave her eyes red, and her body gave up on her as well. Loki never came back, so it wasn't really a time loop after all. More footsteps came into hearing range, but it was only Mobius. (Y/N) didn't move a muscle when he walked in. "....Come on, (Y/N). You need to get up," He bent a little to talk to her. She eventually got up to follow him back to the interrogation room, and sit silently in her chair and look at the table. Mobius stepped up to her ready to say something, but just looking at her he knew that she was too gone for anything like this. He left the room, she just needs some time.

Time passed, who knows how much of it, until another portal showed up. Out walked Sylvie and B-15, rushing to her. "You need to come with us, now," Sylvie grabbed her arm. Though she did pause for a moment, before (Y/N) came back to reality and walked with them both through the portal. It led back to Roxxcart and the hurricane, letting the intense showers wash over them completely. "When you were in my head, I saw something. What did you do to me?" B-15 simply asked. "I showed you your life before the TVA" "It's a lie. A deception. I was created by the Timekeepers!" (Y/N) butted in, "She can't create memories! Only access what is already there." Sylvie looked over at (Y/N), letting her keep going. "Your life was stolen from you by the TVA, by the Time Keepers. Everyone of you are Variants," She explained.

B-15 reached out her hand, "Show me." Sylvie went to grab her hand, but nudged (Y/N). They looked at each other for a moment, and that told (Y/N) that she wanted her help with this. With that, Sylvie grabbed B-15's hand while (Y/N) covered her eyes to use her power and mix with Sylvie's. After a minute of B-15 starting to cry, they both pulled away, "I looked happy. What now?" Thunder crashed down as a response. In that moment, B-15 and Sylvie looked at (Y/N), so that's why she was truly here. "What do we do now, (Y/N)?" Sylvie asked. (Y/N) looked over at B-15, "We're going to get pruned, aren't we?" She nodded. "And when they finally have the rogue Variant they've been chasing, it's possible that the Time Keepers would want to say a few words on it as well." (Y/N) closed her eyes to think a bit on it, until she finally formed a plan.

"B-15. I need you to find a Tempad that can deactivate Loki's, Sylvie's, and my collars, as well as Sylvie's weapon. I'm guessing that it's all in the judge's office, so you have to be careful with that. When you get that stuff, sneak down to the Time Keepers in about 3 to 5 minutes tops to take off the collars and then get to running since they will probably lie about us controlling you or something. That easy enough to follow?" "Of course, and you two need to get back fast." She opened two more portals for them and walked through one. (Y/N) started to walk towards one, but Sylvie stopped her. "Are you okay?" She asked. (Y/N) didn't say anything, until she smiled at her sweetly, "I'm more then okay. I'm ready to kick some ass."

The judge herself picked up (Y/N) herself with her army of Minute Men, noticing that she's been out of the room for a bit. Even then, she didn't say anything about it, and even waved off the Minute Men that started to grab her. While walking down the hallways next to Ravonna, (Y/N) had a blank face while asking the judge, "Why are you doubting things? You know the truth, so what's with the face?" She didn't answer, of course, only glanced at her with anger. They both made it to the elevator, seeing Loki and Sylvie being held down by Minute Men. Looking over at Loki, (Y/N) could feel the sadness shedding off of him. She went to say something, but Sylvie beat her to the catch, "You okay?" It was like a flash of red passed (Y/N)'s eyes, it even scared her when she realized what it was. It was something much more than anger, and something Ravonna also saw that made her smirk.

"I've got them from here," Ravonna said, opening the elevator. They all walked in, giving into the tense atmosphere that was already there from the start. It only worsened when the doors opened to a fog filled room with stairs leading up to three figures sitting on what would be their thrones. So these were the Time Keepers. "Gracious Time Keepers, as promised, the Variants," Ravonna presented them. The middle one started to speak, "After all your struggle, at last, you've arrived before us." Then the one of the left continued, "What do you have to say for yourselves before you meet your end, Variants?" "Is that the only reason you brought us here? To kill us?" Loki yelled to them, "I've lost track of the number of times I've been killed, so go ahead. Do your worst."

"You and your bravado are no threat to us, Variant." The right one spoke. Sylvie butted in, "Oh no, I don't think you believe that. I think.." She took a step forward before Ravonna pushed a button to have her back in her place. Even with that, she continued, "I think you're scared." "No, Variant," The middle one sighed. "You're nothing, but a cosmic mistake." (Y/N) raised her eyebrow, "Yet you look so closely on this case far more then others you've had. If we're all mistakes, then why worry so much?" They didn't say anything to that, only commanded that they were deleted. Sylvie tried to walk up to them again, making Ravonna try to do the same thing once more. Only this time, it started to short out. (Y/N) chuckled, turning back to Ravonna, "For all time." The doors opened to B-15, deactivating all the collars. "Always," she finished. Before the men started to fight her, she threw Sylvie her weapon and a extra Time Stick for (Y/N).

(Y/N) rushed to one Minute Man, getting behind him and pulling him back to the edge of the platform, grabbing his Time Stick before kicking him off the edge. Quickly turning around to the other one, she twisted his arm to make him drop his weapon and punched in the forehead to knock him back a bit. Another one grabbed her from behind, pulling her back to pin her against the wall next to the elevator, but she turned him around to have his back to the wall. Running the other way to grab the two Time Sticks, she was stopped in her path to get kicked in the jaw. This didn't really stop her as she still had her weapons in hand, standing up and ready to fight. Both Minute Men started walking up to her as she swung at the right one first then the left, both dodging and the right even kicking her in the stomach. As she fell back, that same one took this moment to take his Time Stick and take a hit from above. Her hand caught it, leaving her other hand to punch him over the edge as well. That only left the last one, as he took his swing towards her a blade flew into his chest.

It was Loki, quickly running up to pull it out and help (Y/N) up. For the time being, they fought together back to back, "You were always good with blades!" (Y/N) laughed. Turning to look at Loki, she felt something touch her back and her body starting to turn a purple and gold color. She was getting pruned, and her finally sight was Loki....more so his back turned to her. She shouted his name, but he didn't hear it. He truly didn't care for her, did he?
