New Danny Phantom Fanfiction In The Works

Two hours later and I have a plot that's been circling around my head and I'm sure you guys are going to like it. 

The fanfiction is of course mature like I said in the last author's note and it's gonna take place in 2021 so apple products and airpods and modern day technology will be mentioned. I didn't put it in the description, but they will be seniors and eighteen years or older. Just to clarify if you're wondering their ages.

I decided to call it Crying For Rain after the Domestic Girlfriend Opening which is a bop if I'm completely honest.

Here's the story's synopsis:

Y/N L/N can be considered the most unpopular kid. Even more unpopular than the infamous Danny Fenton with ghost hunter parents. She's quiet, soft spoke, and easy to manipulate. With only her best friend, Jessie on her side, there's hardly anybody she can look to.

That is until she's noticed by Star Quarterback Dash Baxter, the one boy she's had a crush on since middle school. With newfound recognition, she lets him in unbeknownst to the cruel intent behind his actions. When he invites her to a party for the first time, she thinks she actually stands a chance. Though by the end of it, she finds herself in his bed.

She leaves before anybody figures out what happened and the next day everything explodes in her face. Rumors are spread and she doesn't know how to cope with it. Danny Fenton notices the whispers about Y/N and decides to lend her kindness and offer a place in his friend group. Feelings begin to blossom which then puts her into danger she's not prepared for. Will Danny be able to protect her while she's dealing with the struggles of high school gossip and ridicule? Or will they be doomed to fall apart?

I know it probably has a lot of evolvement around Dash Baxter than you all would like, but I've always felt inspired by the whole fuckboy plot lines in crappy teen dramas and I'm excited to include that in this mature fanfiction.

I'm currently working on drawing my own book cover, but for right now I have a placement image for if I get the fanfiction published before the art is done. I will also be incorporating my own artwork since I've been drawing a lot of the Danny Phantom characters in my own style.
