It was a few days after that, and Izuku was feeling more horrible.
After getting his back broken by Katsuki, he was sure he was done for. But, of course, Chiyo Shuzenji, UA's nurse, had automatically used her quirk to heal it in almost an instant.
Katsuki was a nomu, and it was all his fault. Izuku couldn't have held Katsuki tighter before he was pulled away into the warp gate. He couldn't have gone faster. He was pathetic.
Izuku put a trembling hand on his face, and got down onto his knees. He was in his bathroom, sitting on the ground, shaking.
He had vomit stains on his shirt, and mouth.
"I'm sorry.. I'm so sorry.." Izuku whispered, choking back tears.
It was all his fault. Everything.
No matter how hard the heroes had looked for Katsuki, he was nowhere to be seen. It was impossible.
Anything could have happened to Katsuki.
The heroes asked people around the city to keep an eye out, and report any sightings. They recently only got one, where Katsuki was behind a library, digging in the trash for food.
Izuku begged to help the heroes. "No, Midoriya. This is heroes work. You already risked your life trying to find him after the.. er.. the trip where he was caught." They said. They claimed they already had to much work anyways, by people demanding for UA to be shutdown by poor security because a student was kidnapped.
Mr. Aizawa had said nothing to Izuku. Nor Present Mic.
Izuku tried everything to get a gist of what the heroes were discussing. He would hide behind the door to the teacher's lounge, listening. It only worked for a few days until he was caught.
Izuku was still shaking on the floor, sobbing. He took a trembling breath, and stood up.
He wiped his nose with his hand and cleaned himself at the sink. "Breathe.. breathe.." Izuku whispered.
He clutched the sink's sides for a few more minutes, then stood up, straightening himself. He left the bathroom and changed his clothes.
He looked at his clock. It was 10:03 PM. Okay. Izuku sat down at his desk and pulled out a notebook.
He flipped to a page.

Strange noises in neighborhood by the apartments similar to a monster- 2:56 AM- 2/28
Could there be patterns in his routes?
All I know is that it seems he's getting closer to UA. Possibly a clue.
