A nomu Bakugou Story

Chapter Three

Izuku, Momo, Kirishima, Iida and Todoroki were sitting together at a table during lunch.

"Okay everyone, review the plan?" Izuku whispered.

"We'll walk to the location of the nomu." Momo said. "Midoriya will break down the wall Bakugou's in, and grab Bakugou." Todoroki said. "Momo'll make a shield to protect us!" Kirishima said.

"Then we'll get out of there, and leave the villains for the heroes." Izuku finished.

"Yes, but let's just say.. this doesn't work?" Iida asked. Izuku opened his mouth to speak until Kirishima cut him off. "Then we have to let the heroes do their job." He said.

Izuku glared at him, but Kirishima didn't notice. The group continued to eat silently.

Tonight. We'll get Kacchan back. Izuku thought, his mouth twitching.

It was night time. They were all standing outside of the school dorms.

"Okay, is everyone ready?" Izuku whispered. They nodded in response.

"Okay, let's go."

They walked silently, besides Izuku pausing a few times to point out a direction on the device's map.

When they arrived, Izuku looked at the building. It was a cement building, and extremely tall. Katsuki could be in any of those floors.

"Wait.. there's a door here." He muttered, walking away from the group and towards the building.

Izuku tugged at it, but it didn't budge. "Kirishima, help me!" He yelled.

Kirishima walked besides him, and they began to slowly rip down the door, while Iida watched.

Momo noticed a window, and she walked towards it. She gasped.

"Guys.. look!" She cried. Kirishima and Izuku paused, turning their heads to face her.

They looked through the window, and Izuku's stomach lurched.

There were dead and half-eaten bodies on the ground, and a strange machine in the corner. Besides that, it was empty. Izuku's eyes darted around the room, praying that none of the bodies would look like Katsuki's.

"Oh my god.." Kirishima whispered.

Then Momo noticed a small device on the ground besides someone's bitten leg. The tracking device. Her heart dropped.

"Agh! Forget about the bodies! We have to look for Kacchan!" Izuku suddenly yelled, abandoning them and tugging on the door.

They stared at him wordlessly.

"Come on, help me, goddammit!" Izuku shouted at them. They were taken aback. They never saw Izuku so demanding before.

Izuku finally got impatient and activated his quirk, and finally ripped off the door by himself. He stomped into the room.

But the moment Izuku walked in, he stopped. There was a nomu. It's back was turned.

Izuku's heart skipped a beat. The nomu didn't seem to have notice the door being ripped off noisily.
