Part 13

As Natasha and Steve walked into Stark tower they were greeted by Pepper.

"Hey guys so glad you could make it" she said with a smile as she hugged the red head then Steve

"Of course they made it. They wouldn't miss it for the world" Tony said as he approached the couple

Natasha rolled her eyes playfully "nice to see you Tony" she said as she hugged him

"Yeah, yeah, nice to see you too...I guess" he replied, he then looked up at Steve "Rogers glad you could make it"

"Nice to see you too Stark" Steve replied as they shook hands

They were then interrupted by a shorter brunette man, that Natasha soon recognized as Bruce Banner.

"Hi Bruce" she greeted as she gave him a hug

"H-hi t-ta-sha" he stuttered

Natasha chuckled lightly. 'Always so nervous' she thought to herself as she shook her head.

"Bruce I didn't know you still had a crush on my sister" Tony joked as he heard how Bruce was stuttering

Natasha punched Tony in the arm

"Ow, what that for" he asked as he rubbed his shoulder

"For being rude" she replied she then turned her attention back to Bruce "it was nice seeing you again"

"You too" he replied before leaving to go talk to someone else

As Natasha turned back she realized that Tony and Pepper had walked off and were now talking to other guest. She looked over at Steve and chuckled at the sight, jealousy was written all over his face. Natasha walked up to him and planted a small kiss on his lips, "you don't have to be jealous. I married you and we're having a baby" she whispered

He smiled at those words and intertwined their fingers together.

After a while Clint and Laura showed up hand in hand.

"I'm gonna talk to Laura" she told Steve

He nodded "okay, see you later" he said before pecking her lips. Natasha then went off to go talk to Laura

"Hey Laura. Can we talk" she asked

Laura looked at her and smiled "of course" she replied. She then excused herself from the group she was talking to and they walked to an empty room in the tower "what's up" she asked curiously

Natasha sighed "I'm pregnant"

A huge smile formed on Laura's face "congratulations"

"Thank you" she replied

Laura saw the look of worry on the red heads face and her smile faded "so, what's wrong" she asked curiously and a little bit confused

Natasha sighed and paused for a minute before speaking "I'm- I'm scared Laura"

"I understand. When I was pregnant with Copper, I was scared to. Scared of everything. Remember I wouldn't even go to the grocery store without Clint or someone with me. I was to scared I'd get hurt" she said chuckling on the last part, she then gave the red head a reassuring smile and a comforting hug "everything is gonna be okay" she whispered in her ear

A single tear fell down the red heads cheek. She knows that if anything were to happen Laura would always be there for her. After Laura and Natasha's talk. Natasha made her way to the main area, where the party is being held. She looked for Steve and found him talking to another blonde haired man, his hair was longer than Steve's. She walked up to them, doing her best not to disrupt their conversation.
