It's been hours. Contractions have gotten worse.
We've brought in a large birthing pool full of warm water. Severus sat in it and let me lean against his chest. He put my hair in a braid so they stray hairs from the bun wouldn't get in my face. He rubbed my shoulders to make me more comfortable.

I grained at another contraction.

"It's been hours." I whined.

"It looks like it will take many more Ms. Prince." The midwife kept the room clean.

We're in an empty room where we could easily store the equipment. About three female nurses would be on the way as soon as I was closer to giving birth. Draco stayed in the living room to give me privacy.

"I'm so sorry I'm putting you through this." He kissed my shoulder and rubbed my arms. He was being so loving. I could tell he felt a bit guilty cause of how much pain I was in.

It was painful but still bare able right now.

"It takes two. Don't be sorry. I know it doesn't look like it but I'm over the moon right now." I silently laughed with my eyes closed laying against his body.

"I love you." He mumbled into my ear.

"I love you too." I smiled. "I want to walk around."

He helped me get up carefully and I tied a robe around myself. We walked to the kitchen and Draco immediately spotted us walking to the kitchen.

"How is everything?" He got up and walked over leaning against the counter.

"Slow. It'll be a few more hours." I grabbed some leftovers in the fridge and warmed it up. It was chicken Alfredo pasta.

"Oh. I'm sorry. Let me know if there's anything I can do."

"Thank you. You want to watch tv for a little bit with me?" I grabbed a fork and walked over to the living room.

"Yea."

Draco and I watched tv and Severus read a book next to me.

I ate the food slowly for a while. I breathed through a few more contractions but I knew it wasn't time yet.

Many miserable hours passed. It was now night again. About 9:30pm to my more specific.

"Alright. You ready?" The midwife and nurse gathered in the room we set up for the birth.

Severus was holding my hand. I was so scared right now.

"They're perfect." Severus was teary eyed. He was holding the first born.

I had already held the first baby born. I handed her off to Severus once the second was here.

They were very dirty but wrapped in blankets while the nurse started to clean everything up.

After a few more minutes they took the babies and cleaned them up. Then put them in soft onesies as we asked.

"We haven't talked names yet. Can you believe that?" I looked over at him with my eyes half closed.

"I know. I have one name I like but I haven't had a second one that I like." Severus rubbed the back of my hand.

"I've only settled on one name too. What's yours?"

"Adira. And yours?" He asked.

"Royal. I want them to hang your last name." His face brightened up at my words.

"Adira. Clementine? Prince Snape for one name?" He looked to excited. I could see it in his eyes.

"And Royal Renae Prince Snape?"

We both smiled at each other in agreement.

We were handed out beautiful tony daughters. I was holding the first born and he was holding the second.

We agreed the first born was Adira and the second is Royal. They're names we assigned based off randomness in all honesty. They're names did fit them very well though.

"I love them so much." I looked at the tiny baby in my arms. "Can you go get Draco please?"

The nurse nodded and left to go retrieve him. We stared in awe at the most perfect babies. They had Severus' dark eyes and my white hair. Although Royal's white hair was only on the top of her head. The sides of her hair were black like Sev's.

Draco came in quietly in awe. I handed him Adira and watched him look closely at her. He truly had become part of our family.

"So I guess that makes you an uncle now. If you choose to stay with us." I smiled and let out a little laugh.

"Uncle Draco has a nice ring to it." He smiled.

We all shared the nice loving moment as a big family. The five of us.

The room is currently being cleaned. I was moved to our bedroom. I was holding one of my daughters and the other was lying in in Sev's lap. Both were asleep. They went to sleep right after I fed them.

"I can't believe they're actually here now. It feels unreal." I looked down at Royal with so much love.

"Before long they'll be running around. We'll barely be able to keep up." He laughed when I glared at him.

"Speak for yourself. I'm 18. I'm young. Unlike you." I poked his side and he kept smiling at me.

"Yea yea. My beautiful Queen." He looks at me with such adoration. I love this man so much.

"No more princess?"

"No. Now they are princesses." We laughed at him comment.

I carefully and slowly stood up and put Royal in one of the two Bassinets on my side of the bed. I laid back down for some very much needed rest and sleep.

I woke up when Adira started crying. Which caused Royal to cry to. They were both now in the bassinets. I took them and changed their diapers.

Severus came walking into the room after hearing them cry.

"Everything ok?"

"Yea. Just due for a diaper change. Which I did already." I placed on baby in his arms and got the other baby who's diaper I changed first.

"Dumbledore stopped by to check in. I told him about the girls and he extended his gratitude to us. Also Every student at hogwarts will continue to move on to the next year. No one will be held back this year. You need to decide if you want to attend the added 8th year. It's up to you. I'll stand by whatever you choose."

"How can I leave them. They're only a few hours old and I can't even imagine leaving them. Even if the next year doesn't start for another three months. I've completed hogwarts school already."

"Ok. Then it is decided." He smiled at me. "How are you feeling?"

"Sleepy but good. I'm so happy. Here with you and our girls." I smiled but frowned thinking about what had been going on just a few days before. "How are you. We never talked about what happened."

"I'm ok. The girls seemed to wipe away any hard feelings left from the situation. The nursery is beautiful by the way."

"Thank you. I'm glad you like it."

We spent time with the twins while they were awake. They fell asleep drinking milk about 30 minutes later.
