Chapter 26

The next day, Kibum woke up at 10 in the morning, seeing at the time he was shocked, he even missed two classes, Jonghyun who was making brunch took a look at this friend who finally decided to wake up, he sighed, he had expected this, Kibum drank too much and was tired mentally and physically.

They both sat opposite each other and started munching down the food. When Jonghyun saw Kibum was almost finished with his food, he passed him a glass of juice and suggested, "Key don't go back. "

Kibum almost choked on air, "Huh?"

Jonghyun simply continued, "You should stay here for a while because if you come in contact with Minho, you will not be able to think rationality and base your choices on emotion."

Kibum knew what Jonghyun was talking about, he understood him very well and he too didn't want to come in contact with Minho for a while, however, how can he stay here? This was Taemin's and Jonghyun's place, he knew Taemin didn't come home last night because of him, he can't be a burden to his friends.

Jonghyun knew what Kibum was thinking so he said, "Don't worry about Taemina and me, we live in the same room and you are going to live in the guestroom, you are not a burden and we would love to have you with us. We can have a nice hangout for a week. "

Seeing the still unsure look on Kibum's face, Jonghyun added, "And to be honest, I want to help you, help my best friend who is always by my side. So don't think too much. Just think of it as me being selfish."

Kibum gazed at Jonghyun's persistent look and sighed, "Okay. Thank you for having me."

A huge grin broke out on Jonghyun's face and he got up and draped his arm's around Kibum's shoulder, "Let's enjoy this week Friend."

Jonghyun's goofy face made Kibum smile too, and this was the first time he smiled since yesterday. And Jonghyun felt he achieved something great. He would make his friend who always helped him, happy.

Looking at the time, they both knew they can't go to Uni now, so they decided to laze around in the house, watching movies and playing video games.

Meanwhile, seeing that Kibum didn't return the whole night, Minho went to his class in the afternoon and found out that he didn't come to Uni today and even Jonghyun was absent.

Which meant they were together. And somehow Minho felt a sour taste in his mouth, he thought about the time Kibum told him that he loves Jonghyun and it made his heart clench.

He tried to call him again, this time too,  a woman's monotone voice came, "The number you are trying to call is not reachable, please try again later."

Minho had an urge to throw his phone away but was stopped when he saw his girlfriend walking towards him with a smile on his face. He sighed and then smiled at her.

"Minho can we go on a date after you are done with practice? " Naeun asked in a very sweet voice.

Minho nodded half-heartedly.

They both walked towards the soccer field, Minho still had practice time for another half an hour, so he went to the field while Naeun waited on the bleachers.

Leo who was walked beside Minho towards the place where the water bottles were kept. He wiped his sweat as he asked, "Are you going on a date?"

Minho who was indulged in his thought was startled and then nodded his head, "Yeah...."

The conversation couldn't continue and they both stopped in dead silence and went back to practice.

Kibum was bored staying at the house all day long, so he decided to go out and hang around together with Jonghyun.

"Taemin said he will back tonight from his parent's place," Jonghyun informed.

Kibum sipped his coffee and then teased, "You miss him don't you?"

"A lot." Jonghyun accepted with a cheeky grin.

They both were sitting in the coffee shop talking about various stuff when suddenly there was a hand on Kibum's shoulder.

Kibum looked up to find Leo staring at him, "Hey."

Leo smiled, "Hey~ What are you doing here? hanging out?"

Kibum moved at the side and made a place for Leo to sit, he said dully, "Yeah we were bored so we decided to grab a cup of coffee. What are you doing here? "

Before answering, Leo turned to the waitress, ordered some coffee and cake for himself, and then said, "I was craving some sweets after the intense training, I was low on sugar."

A second later he asked, "By the way, you didn't come to Uni today?"

Kibum nodded, "Hmm...I woke up late and missed the classes, why are you asking?"

Leo took a bite from the strawberry cake the waitress served and said, "Minho seemed to be looking for you."

"Looking for me? Why?" Kibum asked a bit unsure. He glanced at Jonghyun and then at Leo who shrugged, "Don't know. "

"Also I think Minho is back with his girlfriend, today they went for a date. " Leo said with a sigh, then he added, "I am happy for him."

Jonghyun who was quiet all the time looked at his friend and repeated, "So he is going on date." He knew this was cruel but he wanted to point it out to Kibum, that since Minho is going on date, it means he cares less about Kibum and probably doesn't want to continue their relationship.
