... Flashback...
20 years agoSung-Jae's lively eyes shone upon seeing his bride-to-be. Jo-isso glanced at him and quickly looked away, this action made Sung-Jae's cheek turn into several shades of red.
An awkward silence filled the air.
Sung-Jae: So!
He started off.Sung-Jae: Do you want to perhaps uhm... Go grab a coffee? I know this special place, which makes traditional Japanese delights! I would love to you-
He paused noticing that she wasn't listening to him.
Jo-isso who wasn't really paying attention, was dreamily looking outside. It's as if, she saw something amazing... Her eyes were twinkling and she slightly blushed.
Sung-Jae's curiosity took upon him and he leaned to see who she was looking at... That's when his heart started to ache.
She was looking at Dan
Who was talking to someone about his companySung-Jae pretended to not understand and laughed.
Sung-Jae: Ah so you are stunned by my big bro!
He said laughing. Indeed back then Dan was really handsome...
Jo-isso: Oh uhm... I don't know. What were we talking about?
Sung-Jae: We were-
Jo-isso: Oh! It's already really late... I'm very sorry Sung-Jae maybe another time?
She said sweetly in an apologetic way.
Sung-Jae was a bit disappointed but agreed.
When his father passed away three years ago, this only made the Pearson closer.
But something happened, something that made him go resentful to his dear brother. Resentful over something that wasn't even his fault.
In the testimony of there father, he handed his company to Dan, something he wished it was him.
His father was never home and whenever he would be here, he would shower his love and attention to Dan. Of course he cared about Sung-Jae, but it was clear that he loved Dan the most.
Dan took the company, his father's affection and now... He was taking his fiancé
How could he hate Dan though? He was such an angel, always helping everyone, he was the ideal son... Perfect and seemed to have little to no flaws.
But then again, sometimes he wished he was dead. There was one time he went to Dan's bedroom, while he was sleeping. He took one of his pencil, with one really sharp edge. He placed it near Dan's eye and got closer and closer.
It was as if he listened to the devil in his head. Fortunately, he got back to his senses just before the led touched his closed and peaceful sleeping eyes...
That night he hated himself for hating his brother.
But things just got worst the next day...
He went to surprise Jo-isso, who he heard was taking a stroll through the park. He had a magnificent bouquet of Tulip and Roses... Jo-isso's favorite. Lately, she had been avoiding him a lot and was barely talking to him. Not like she already did... But this time it was as if she wasn't even acknowledging his existence which pained Sung-Jae.
He hid round a corner near the fountain, he heard Jo-isso... Whimpering? And talking with a very familiar voice.
He peaked his head only for his eyes seeing something he would never forget, something that was scared in his mind
