Today was April, meaning the cherry blossom trees were going to bloom and the festivals were knocking on the window.
You would be very excited in question to go there but this year, you just didn't wanted to go.
It's been 2 months now all of this was over, but ever since, you weren't the sweet and happy girl everyone knew. You became quite distant if that's the word and didn't want any thing to do with new people or people in general.
You basically shut down, you stayed home, your school pattern became irregular and even your parent's words didn't affect you much anymore.
Everyone was back with their normal lives, no one left the "Find Kate" group, it would be too much to left even though it was over now. From time to time Jungkook and Taehyung would initiate conversations on it and everyone would talk. You replying from time to time.
Even then, everyone was so busy, it was like time was going fast for them but you were stuck in the past.

The door opened slowly to reveal Jin. You sighed, looking at your never made bed, all the remaining chips with other junk foods littering on the ground. You were quite embarrassed honestly.
He made his way towards you.
Jin: Uhm, your parents let me in and...
He tailed off looking at your now quite bony body.
You had completely sunken eyes and you were pale.
He walked and briskly opened the curtains and windows. The sun rays pierced in your room, blinding you slightly. You hissed covering your eyes.
Jin: Y/n what had happened to you?
You avoided his gaze, too ashamed of looking up.
Jin: Y/n, all of this, everything is finished now... We can't change the past, but one thing we can is our response to it and the future. Dwelling on the past will just make things worst y'know...
You remained silent as his words resonated in your head.
Jin: You should come to the festival.
Y/n: I will not.
You said in a whisper
Jin: And why is that?
He retorted crossing his arms.
Y/n: I mean... Look at me. No one will recognize me it's just embarrassing.
Jin: I knew you would think like that... That's why i bought a friend of mine, you know her too...
He cleared his throat loudly signaling someone to enter.
That's when... Sunmi peeked inside.
Sunmi: Hey hey!! Little y/nnie what had happened to you? Where's our little smiley y/n?
She said fake pouting.
Jin: Sooo what was the thing you said you would do?
Sunmi just looked at you with her usual smirk
