The door was already half opened, but you knocked anyway. At first nobody heard you, you then knocked another time but louder, then Kate's mom and another woman showed up. The other woman was her nanny, Isabella you greeted the two woman but only jo-isso responded, you were already used to it anyway, Isabella is really suspicious of... Basically everyone.
